There’s some fantastic information in here. The PDF that came online with it seems to be more informative however. The recipes seem doable and look delicious. I would have liked more information on phase 1 and 2 because the information was kind of dense there. Hoping to make a couple recipes this weekend.

Recipes we tried:
Zucchini Muffins
Coconut Cacao Chia Seed Pudding
Zesty Creamy Carrot Soup (this was actually really good)
Crispy Broccoli
Greek Meatballs
Simple Sneaky Bolognese with Greens
Crispy Rosemary Chicken with Roasted Brussels Sprouts
ABC Shake

There were a few other recipes that me or my kid would probably try. But it wasn't super worth it. Pretty much it's just cutting out dairy, sugar, gluten, corn, soy, and less salt and then of course increasing vegetables.
