Such a wonderful premise, just wish I could have connected more with this. I've tried reading Butterworth's books before and for some reason I just can't get into them. Maybe someday I'll be at the point where I'll read something of his and think it's the most profound thing I've ever read. That being said, if you can pull one gold nugget out of a book, then it's worth the read. For me that nugget was something along the line of never speaking negatively about any part of your body such as saying I have a bad back. What we need to do is give thanks for every working part of our body that gets us through each and ever day.
