A Cupcakes-And-Crime Caper A rock star turned lounge singer… turned killer?
Superstar Roger Briars was living the high life—until his fiancé disappeared and he was accused of her murder.
Now, decades later, Roger’s a semi-successful Vegas lounge singer. This time, when history repeats itself and Roger is accused of another murder, he won’t let it tank his career—not even when there’s “proof” that he’s the killer!
Unfortunately, Nanna’s unwavering belief in Roger’s innocence isn’t enough to get him off the hook, and Tiffany must scramble to uncover the truth behind the strange murder and the case of Roger's missing fiancé.
And while Ian’s new love life is going swimmingly, Stone is back in Tiffany’s life—and so is someone else.

Lounge Singers and Liars is the sixteenth book in the Tiffany Black in Las Vegas Mystery Series and is a standalone novel.
This is a light-hearted story featuring a strong female protagonist, some unusual friends and family, and a mystery that needs solving! It has no graphic gore, bad language or sex.
I haven't read anything that i don't absolutely love by A.R. Winters! I especially loved the twists and turns of this book. Nana and Ian are so funny and make you laugh out loud constantly. Thank you for another winner!
Who in the Hellbells wrote this piece of shit? I mean that sincerely because this book is a DISASTER! I'm only giving it 2** because the reveal of Harvey's murderer was an interesting twist otherwise, it would have been *1. The writing was so bad in parts that I literally had to read certain sentences multiple times because they were just plain wrong....instead of saying 'You slept with your fiance's sister'....it said 'you slept with your sister's fiance.' There were many others like this unfortunately. A few things were so obvious that it depressed me.....the truth about Alicia and the 'surprise twist' at the end. I've invested countless hours into this series and really hope that the remaining books are their usual selves otherwise I will have to walk away.
A one time superstar Roger had his succesful career derailed by the disappearance of his fiance, and now is doing a lounge act in Vegas. He is on camera stuffing a body into an oven and under suspicion of murder and he wants to hire Tiffany. Tiffany is reluctant but Nanna is adamant that she take the case. Interesting reading with many suspects with the sides of romance as Ian seems to have his romance going well while Tiffany's is limbo with one boyfriend undercover for up to 3 years, one ex trying to be friends and Stone around Great fun reading
Another fun time with Tiffany and Ian! This time Tiffany is talked into clearing a lounge singer of murder. Her grandmother is a huge fan and pushes until Tiffany finally agrees to take the case. It's a complicated case and Tiffany bumbles her way through it solving several murders as she goes. Love the characters. They are all very entertaining. And the love interests keep it interesting too. I received a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.
I have read all of the Tiffany Black series. I've moaned with jealousy over cupcake recipes, groaned over Tiffany's relationship choices and stopped and started the series as I felt the books be page-turning great and others just good. Let me tell you, this book falls in the page-turner, keep you guessing, shocked-in-the-end category. Download it. You went be disappointed. Great job Winters!
Loved the tiffany series who works a as casino dealer at nights at the treasury and p..i. During the day solving murders or mayhem from people who hired her. You got tiffany boyfriend undercover, you got a rock star who was framed for murder, then there's Ian her sidekick she looks on as a brother and two more men besides Ryan , her boyfriend, has interest in tiffany, stone and Jack . With all of this an awesome story.
Tiff takes a job investigating an aging singing star accused of murder at Nanna's request. A twisty tale with loads of suspects, intrigue, & more murder. Tiff is still waiting to hear from Ryan about his abrupt departure to go undercover, Jack wants to be friends, & Stone keeps popping into her life. Decisions decisions. Ian is still immature and needs to grow up and is still dating Sally. Looking forward to seeing what comes next
5 stars because I get really invested in the characters in every book. A.R. never lets me down. I love Las Vegas and even though it's fiction I still feel the excitement, hear the slot machines and whoops from excited winners when Tiffany is describing them. A really great series.
There were a lot more issues in this one than books past. Dan became Dave, missing words, wrong character identifications, 3am PST somehow became 2am EST after time had passed. Just lots of small errors, adding to a messy, unrealistic plotline full of holes. Cute, but not easy reading.
Another great Tiffany Book!!!! Great plot for this book! Kept me guessing all the way. Glad Stone is back in the mix. He adds a great dynamic to the book. And of course Ian!!! Had a great smaller case this time also!!! Keep them coming please!!!!
I liked this one the best. Hoping there are more books in this series. Love the characters and plots throughout this series. Highly recommend this series and author.
Tiffany is funny thing her family members are strong in her life, a friend / side kick Ian, a Boyfriend who is away, an ex boyfriend, and Stone and of course a tangle murder! Can't wait for the next book!
Thank you A R Winters. So far I have enjoyed 16 Tiffany Black mystery books. This last one I read really had a shocking ending. Never expected it. Good job.
Twists and turns. Not only in the Cases she is working but in love. There is so much craziness in this who-dunit to keep Tiffiany and Ian busy for awhile...
