Great book filled with lots of great short stories. They all relate to the main characters journey of learning how to cope with the wilderness. If you like fishing and hunting, you will love this book and I would recommend this to any outdoors men.

How MacQuarrie isn't more well known, is beyond me? If you love nature, have a sense of humor and appreciate a well told yarn, this is the only book you'll ever need.
