This has great tasting and easy to follow recipes. Finally I have a recipe book that I feel comfortable following. I tried some of the dishes in this book and they were easy to follow and tasted great. The only thing that would make the book better would be pictures. But I added my own after I made each dish. My family loves every recipe I've tried so far.
They look great. If I were 20 years younger, a whale of a lot healthier, and $20,000 a year richer, I would try every one of them. As it is, I expect to try a few. That strawberry cheesecake looks simple and good, and a couple of the pork recipes are made for my husband. Good work.
I was sent this book by Amazon as my Instant Pot didn't come with a recipe book as promised in the sales blurb. The quality of the book was poor all (black and white inside) and hardly any recipe appealed. They are mainly aimed at the north American market with food, sizing and ingredients very much based on American items. I sent it back and have bought a better book instead.
