This was an OK quickie read. The hero was overly alpha, obsessive and protective especially of his new ward/son and nephew. The heroine comes to Russia for a nanny job and gets a lot more than she bargained for. There was a lot happening in the background of this story most we didn’t find out till the end, which considering how short it was gave the story a nice edge. The epilogue was really the best part giving you a glimpse into their HEA.

Once many year ago, I asked Flora Ferrari to write a Russian mafia book and she did it! As a matter of facts, she written several books dealing with Russian men in her 'A Man Who Knows What He Wants series.'

Mafia boss (Caveman) meets his Angel!

In "Nanny for the Russian Mafia", Alexei and Crystal's story was fast-paced, mysterious but very memorable! As soon as Alexei met his new nanny at the airport, immediately he knew that she would be his with the word, "MINE". Eighteen year old orphan Crystal wanted to start over in another country and since she had taken care of so many of the younger children at her former orphanage, the job as a nanny fit her well! The way little Vitaly took to Crystal was so sweet and heartwarming . The little boy had just lost both his father and mother and was now living with his uncle, Alexei! The story has a mysterious backstory and I was immediately drawn into Crystal finding the cryptic notes. Read this story! It was a great romantic suspense!

Alexei is a Bravta member and now a single father to his 5 year old nephew who has some anger problems (from what we seen). His sister and her husband mysteriously died and now he has that mystery and needs a new nanny. Someone who is all about his son Vitaly. And when he picks up Crystal he didn't think he would fall so hard and fast, he wants her and is going to show her.
Crystal is at first blinded by a man like Alexei thinking she was working for a middle class man not a rich person also he has a nosey russian nanny who is hot and cold.. and she starts reading mysterious notes in the bathroom... making her even more suspicious about her job. But she falls anyways and they deal with the drama together. 

This one was okay.. i was confused as to why she didn't really nanny.. at one point Alexei took her to breakfast.. WITHOUT THE KID.. it was like her 2nd day.. 🤣🤣🤣

Brilliant loved it

Loved this book well written and good characters. Crystal finds herself in front of a tall muscular Russian alpha male who has just punched the man trying to pull her away from where sh3 is standing at the curb looking for the person to pick her up from the airport. Alexei sees Crystal at the curb as a man gets hold of her he rushes out of the car and punches him nothing touches what is his he is Russian Mafia and everyone knows it. Alexei has never reacted to a woman like that before he can see the future of Crystal by his side and kids running around them with the power and status he has he’s never thought about family but his sister and husband have been murdered he needs a nanny to look after his 5yr old nephew Vitaly. Crystal wonders what she has got herself into but can’t deny the attraction she has for Alexei on a break she succumbs to the attraction she has to him as he declares she is his as he is hers. They arrive back home and Alexei has a party to hold but there are other things in play and ends up with them hiding in cars to the airport and name changing all because with them being declared dead Alexei is now a free man from the mafia plus he has helped the CIA out with goings on with the Kremlin. Alexei and Crystal look foreword to the future helping Vitaly with the death of his parents and them becoming parents to twins and the new life they live.

The Bratva head and the Nanny

Alexei Hrcheka, 31, is a Bratva head with ties to the Kremlin. His sister and brother-in-law murdered, though ruled accidental, he know better. He is not father to his young nephew, Vitaly, 5.

Crystal is 18, grew up in care. She has been working as a care giver for the younger children in the orphanage she grew up in, she needs a new start. She signed up for a nanny position that posted to families out side the country. Is now in Moscow. Things get off to a bad start as soon as she leaves the airport and a man tries to abduct her, she is rescued by her employer, Ivan/Alexei.

Alexei and Crystal both have strong attraction for each other. Crystal has a good idea of what kind of man she is now working for. Meeting little Vitaly, melts her heart. Something is going on in the Hrcheka household. Crystal is not sure who she can trust. So she keeps things close until she can learn more.

Alexei sees how Crystal is with his son. He sees her as a strong woman and a perfect match for him and is determined to make her his.

Fast paced and steamy, light Mafia romance. Betrayal and a twist. A sweet 5 year later epilogue.
I love Flora's books, they are an automatic buy for me, I know I will get a great story.

i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the older man/ younger woman romance between Crystal and Alexei. Crystal is an orphan from the US and after she aged out of foster care, she applied to be a nanny working overseas. Alexei is a powerful Russian mob boss and he has recently gotten custody of his nephew after his sister and her husband were killed. Alexei hires Crystal to be a nanny and when he sees her, he knows she has to be his. Crystal is taken to a mansion and she meets her new charge as well as his current nanny, who she is replacing. Crystal settles into her new home and notices Alexei watching her. Alexei tells Crystal she is meant for him and they will be together. He told her he will give her time to accept that fact, but he is not going to wait long. Crystal starts to find strange notes and wonders what she got herself into. I really liked this story. I love the little shout out to an author we all love. I think this book had a twist that i didn't expect. I think this was a really good one and Alexei and Crystal had great chemistry. Another good one.

In this book we meet Crystal and Alexei. Crystal grew up in foster homes and new her only way to make more of her life and see the world was to become a nanny. When she first applied she thought it would take more time but shortly after applying she was offered a position in Russia. One look at Alexei has her wanting to do more than be a nanny to his nephew she wants it all. Alexei knows the business he is in is a dangerous one and has no time for women. One look at Crystal though and he feels like his world has purpose. He wants more from her he wonders if will be to much though. Can these two find a HEA or will outside forces make sure that never happens?

This is another amazing story from this author. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin it for any other readers. I will say this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Crystal is eighteen years old and signed up to be a nanny abroad. Her life hasn't been easy and she went through foster homes when she was orphaned so this was a change she felt she needed. Alexei is a Russian mafia boss and his sister and her husband were just murdered leaving him in charge of his nephew. The currently nanny wasn't someone he was comfortable with so he hired Crystal so he could replace the current nanny. However everything changes when he sees Crystal and knows that he wants her for his own. Will Crystal give into Alexei? Can Alexei protect them from the threat to their happiness?

This is a steamy hot story that will draw you in from beginning to end. The chemistry is off the charts hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend it to any book lover.

"Come on Ms. Flora Ferrari...love doesn't happen that quick." CLASSIC !!!!! I loved that line. Eighteen year old orphan hired to be nanny for five year old boy in Russia. Alexei is now raising his nephew after his sister and brother-in-law are murdered. So he hires a new nanny from the U.S. One look at her at the airport and he is hooked. This Alpha Mafia boss knows what he wants and plans to have it. Her. This book gives Crystal quite the adventure. Young innocent woman in new country, hot boss, sweet charge, mystery notes, murder, hot sex. Yep quite the adventure. So when I say Flora Ferrari has definitely done it again, I mean it.

Alexei's sister and brother-in-law have been killed and now he's taken over as guardian for his nephew. He needs a nanny and has hired one from America. When Crystal exits the airport, Alexei claims her on sight. There's a lot going on at the house....Alexei's declarations, the weird nanny that Crystal is replacing, the mafia, and the strange notes that keep appearing. Will they all make it out alive? If you're looking for an insta-love book that also has a lot of suspense and thrills, this is certainly one you don't want to miss. Flora writes insta-love better than anyone. A fantastic roller coaster ride that you don't want to get off of.

This is a well written story with lots of drama, emotions, twists, steam and protectiveness. This alpha male takes what he wants. Their instant attraction is sweet in spite of she is very young. But she also is the type that goes for what she wants and that suits the couple. They work well together as a unit.
He is in the Russian Bratva but she changes him a bit and that makes the connection even hotter and better.
I like the path Flora Ferrari has taken with her stories. They are all a bit longer but they have not been an encyklopedia but stories that the reader get caught in and where it is possible to connect with the characters. I am a huge fan! Keep them coming - I will read the each and every one.

Another great story about by Ms. Ferrari. Alexie is a Russian mob boss who becomes the guardian of this sister's small child Vitaly when they are murdered. Although Vitaly comes to him with his Russian nanny, Alexie doesn't trust her, so he hires an 18-year-old American nanny named Crystal. What didn't qualify this story as five stars, for me, is the unrealistic notion that Alexie was a virgin at 31 (in the Irish mob storey Garrett is a virgin, but also an active Roman Catholic in Ireland so his virginity holds more water) and Crystal commits to being with Alexie forever in less than 72 hours. These two points, "ruffled my feathers," taking away some of the stories enjoyment for me. All in all, though, I liked it and would recommend it.

I volunteered to read this ARC for an honest review. I enjoyed this story about Crystal and Alexei. He just received custody of his 5 year old nephew after his sister and her husband die unexpectedly, he believes they were murdered. Crystal is an orphan herself now working for Nomad Nanny. She's been sent to Russia to work for Alexei. There is an instant connection. But when Vitaly's current nanny starts acting wired Alexei and Crystal suspects she's up to something. Alexei will do what he has to keep his family safe. Great wick story with a HEA. Even a bust and CIA agent involved.

Another great story from Ms Ferrari. Alexei and Crystal are great together. She comes from America and is looking for a new life in Russia. She has signed up with a nanny service and finds herself the nanny to the son of a Mafia boss. Not quite what she expected. She also did not expect the instant attraction she feels for Alexei. Turns out Alexei was just as surprised as she is. Now he will do whatever it takes to make her his. This is a great story with just the right amount of mystery and danger as well as hot and steamy chemistry between Crystal and Alexei. Wonderful HEA!

An exciting insta-everything read.

Crystal, a former foster child, takes a job in Moscow for Ivan (who is really Alexei, a Russian mafia boss) as a nanny to his recently orphaned nephew. As the story progresses his secrets are revealed, her life is turned upside down, and even more secrets are revealed before it's over. Flora Ferrari has taken insta-everything romance in a good direction with these last few books. I look forward to reading what she brings me next, as this was an exciting read.

Another terrific older man younger woman read fro the very talented Flora Ferrari she has made this genre her own and never lets us down

Alexei knows someone is targeting his family after all someone just organised for his sister and brother in law to die. Now he is left with the care of his five year old nephew Vitaly after all if the nanny came from the USA she can't be a plant. That is the least of his problems when he meets 18 year old Crystal at the airport. She may be a 18 year old orphan but he wants her and he is determined to keep her. There will be plenty of drama and suspense on the way to true love for this pair.

A fab read about Alexei and Crystal , he's Mafia and she's an orphan , sweet and innocent and she's being employed as a nanny by Alexei , he knows he wants her as soon as he sees her , there's an instant attraction between them and some hot chemistry in this older man younger woman romance , it's a well written book with a good storyline and great characters , there's mystery especially around the notes she finds , action , murder , some steam , insta love and more , a must read

Oh I so look forward to new books by Flora Ferrari. After the murder of his sister and brother-in-law, Alexei is raising his nephew. Crystal grew up in an orphanage and to start a new life she signs up for Nomad Nanny. Her first assignment sends her to Russia to help Alexei with his nephew Vitaly. When Alexei sees her at the airport, he is immediately attracted and knows she is his. She just doesn't know it yet. This was another amazing read that kept me reading until the last page. A perfect combination of steam, romance, drama and suspense!

If you want a taste of possessive alpha males Flora Ferrari is your gal, they see what they want and although in some cases is not instant it's worth it.
Crystal is an orphan who leaves the USA to take a nannying job in Russia. Alexei is suddenly in charge of raising his nephew and the new nanny looks perfect to be his.

Wonderful written story of Insta love between the big and powerful Russian mafia Alexei and the American nanny Crystal.
There was little thing that I really enjoyed, like the character reference to the author of this book.
This book had a little mystery and drama that you will have to read the total book in order to find the (who done it) .

I really liked this story. I never seem to tire of this authors books - the instalove genre always grabs me & won't let go until I've succumbed!

The instant attraction between Alexei & Crystal was beautiful to read - their love unfolded before eyes & I just couldn't get enough!

I wholeheartedly recommend this book to everyone - It's a sweet, steamy read!

This is a great read about new beginnings. Crystal is an orphan looking for a better life and decides to become a nanny. She is sent to Russia to take care of Alexei's son. She gets more than just a job. The characters have great back stories that add a realistic dynamic to the events. The storyline is intriguing and suspenseful. Great read.

This book is fantastic! I feel like it is one of the best that she has put out yet. It has everything that I love about Flora's books with a touch of more. This book has intrigue, betrayal, secrets, passion, over the top possessiveness, and love. The characters have beautiful chemistry and real emotion. I loved this book and recommend it. :)
