This book gave me mixed emotions at times. I didn't have the videos that went with this book, so I think I kind of lost some of the learning chances because of that. There were a lot of good talking points and I did learn from this study. I would have given it a 3.5 star rating if I was able to. I would recommend this book to others as long as you have the videos to go with it.
