This book is ridiculously and insanely hot! 🔥🔥🔥 But I wouldn’t call this book exactly a romance. Yes, it’s there but it reads more like an erotica. And my my my, for us who loves to keep everything in the family, the big brother took really good care of the little brother. 😏 Possessive, twisted, dark and ultimately delicious. 😋 I can’t already wait for the release of book 2. I wanted to read something hot and filthy and got exactly that. Incest? Check. Rough sex? Check. Fucking other people? Check. Voyeurism/exhibitionism, BDSM, unclear consent, this book goes through every filthy kink there is out there. And drugs. And again, let’s not forget that they are half brothers. It gets to be a bit much. But it was entertaining enough, and pretty steamy.

This review is for books 1 and 2 combined. Rich Kids was incredibly lacklustre for a book dealing with a taboo topic. Brocest. Bratty rich kids. Rough sex. Coke snorting/pill popping. It sounds pretty titillating right? Hold your horses though cause you're in for a world of disappointment.
For one thing, the characterization and plot are weak. Sem and Nate come across as caricatures of spoilt, rich kids. They're always high, act out and don't seem to actually do much, but we don't get a sense of who they really are as people. In fact, they're pretty much interchangeable as characters except that Nate is supposedly a slightly better version of Sem.
And the book's biggest selling point, the taboo aspect of the brothers' relationship, didn't really deliver in terms of sheer entertainment. Yes, it’s a toxic relationship between two really messed up individuals who have no business being together. But the smut is mediocre and seems to mostly consist of Sem and Nate panting "little brother" and "big brother" while having rough sex. There's plenty of smut, but it's not the authors' best (see His Sugar Daddy). So, as you can gather, it didn't live up to expectations.

However, Quin and Perin made me stay and kept reading until finished. All with a warning after warning they threw us.
These authors became an automatic read for me, though I'm not really fond of erotic, somehow, these guys made me.
Rich Kids was rough, honest, seriously hot and hard to put down.
If you're a fan of this trope, you won't disappoint. With a good writing skills, I think Quin and Perin has climbing the top of erotic romance authors easily.

My first brocest book and it definitely won't be my last. This is pure kinky, taboo, erotica with a smidge of misplaced romance. Do heed the warning in the synopsis - this features dub-con, blackmail, and violence. Enemies to lovers, half-brothers, and dirty AF sex. It's hard to connect with characters with a novella but I thought Nate flipped from hatred to practically begging for it too quickly, especially after what happens the first time they're together. Overall, I enjoyed it and look forward to reading the second novella when it's released later this month.

Well, for tale written on the fly, whenever the authors could grab a few minutes - unedited, unproofread and unfinished...it was still better than at least half the 'cesty published erotica I've read before. It's not just a bit of taboo fun, it's also a scathing indictment of privilege, the characters a product of their environment, of their upbringing, each with some seriously fucked up emotional (and possibly psychological) issues. (I don't know if that was intentional or what, but it certainly screamed that for me.)
So, so, so, SO dirtybadwrongdelicious. That the story ends like it does is killing me. I WANT MOAR!!!!

One of the filthiest stories that I've read in a while and hot damn, it was scorching.
For someone who skips sex scenes 80% of the time, this one was just too hot that I was reading slowly to make sure I capture each word perfectly.
I loved the pacing and I was (I'm so sorry) rooting for the MCs as I could see where they were coming from. Ok bye 😅

The line is thin between love and hate and these brothers not only created a dotted line, they narrowed the margins.
Full of steam and anger and grit, this was a quick, spicy short that packed a punch. It ventured into new terrain and did so masterfully. Another great addition to the Quin&Perin reader library.

I think I wasn't feeling this for...well maybe the first half, I mean, if reading just for the sex/hotness factor, then okay-but kinda meh, but I was glad to see some actual development happening there, so that bumped it up for me. Will definitely read the next one.

Open Mind. That’s what you need when you read this book. Just let it flow, the story is taboo, deviates from the norm but HOT AF. This is something different from what I usually read but I still enjoyed it. Moving on to book 2 because it kept me hanging in limbo.
