“Keep your face always toward the sunshine - and shadows will fall behind you.” ― Walt Whitman So it all begins with mind, as you sow, so shall you reap. Though if you have already read Jeff Keller’s “Attitude is everything”, when reading his 2nd “The Winning Attitude” to somehow both great books conveys the same message. As you would expect from the title, it says all where this book totally focuses on our attitude, and how to beautifully shift your mind towards positivity. This book consists of 54 short parts which all says “Attitude is everything” which truly is. It really makes you think about how much your mind really determines your outcome, to achieve anything you want & to become succeeding, maybe there are other principles you have to apply, but it all starts with an attitude. Jeff justifies in a very fine way of how to handle different scenarios with a positive attitude if it’s to handle the criticism or to surrender the ego or to unclog yourself or to be aware of the patterns. The secret of happiness is to count your blessings while others are adding up their troubles.” ~ William Penn.
Many people in wheelchairs were smiling and happy while others in good health & with full mobility were miserable; Then there were those who were happy even though they had very little money and we're fortunate just to have a roof over their heads & enough food to eat, while others with considerable wealth & lovely home were unhappy because they couldn't afford to buy a larger home. Below are some of the trends that he suggests to follow, which ultimately help us create a life filled with meaning, connection and uncommon success, here they are:

‘THE GREATEST DISCOVERY OF MY GENERATION IS THAT HUMAN BEINGS CAN ALTER THEIR LIVES BY ALTERING THEIR ATTITUDES OF MIND -WILLIAM JAMES’ Jeff Keller has nicely bundled his 20 years of experience as motivational speaker into a crisp & engaging book. Jeff Keller was a practicing attorney and switched his career after 10 years to motivational speaking. Jeff has explained why & how he did this in one of the chapters. I don’t know why but reading this story felt good. The book is just like any other self-help book & does feel little repetitive at times. Author has talked about following broad points in the book • Attitude is everything • See things in perspective • Be kind to everyone • Dream big & work hard to turn your dreams into reality • Be open to change • Your Success is about you • Everything happens for a reason You will find many similarities with other self-help books. What makes this book different is its very engaging & makes you feel optimistic. The book does its job by making you feel motivated. If you want to compare this book with another book ‘Good Vibes, God Life’ from same category read my review at
Doesn't matter whether you're new to self-help or not THIS is the book you must read. It's got all the basics on self-improvement and improving the quality of your life. It is based on 54 sections, each which details various real-life examples, obstacles and lessons to learn from. Do yourself a favour and read this book!
The first half of the book was really well written and it had a lot of good examples that can truly inspire people: However the second half felt quite repetitive and at times long winded which affected the overall reading experience.
