Ok, let me start off by saying that I'm a cookbook junkie.
I love to cook and bake.
It's just something that was taught to me since I was a wee child.
My kitchen is my place of peace, showing the ones I love how I feel about them through cooking for family gatherings, and somewhere I'm totally comfortable in.
Cookbooks: I love reading them, cooking from them, and recommending them.
I've read many Mediterranean Cookbooks, and granted this one had great pictures of the meals presented, but the ingredients in most of the recipes are NOT what most people have in their pantries, or are they recipes that I think most average people would cook.
I'm a simple girl who likes to cook simple, good-tasting meals for my family.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not afraid to cook new food. I love variety and I cook as many ethnic foods as I can (If I can get the ingredients)
I thought this cookbook would be added to my cookbook library, but unfortunately, it did not meet the criteria.
I'm glad I read this cookbook, but unfortunately, I don't think I'll be using it too much. :-(
