This book offered some great tips, and I bookmarked multiple passages. For example, the dosage suggestions with weight examples and sick day dosing information was helpful and will likely serve as a future excellent reference. My only critique is there were less daily life tips than I had hoped for. Like, can we drink coffee? Have wine? How does heat affect us? Are there any helpful supplements? Lastly, this book contains info specific to the UK health system, so that won’t apply for this of us living in other countries.
