Good read

A very good and concise account of the key figures of the Renaissance period of Italy. Borgias were not all bad and deserved a little more space than was given by the author. Pope Alexander was also a patron of art.

The stories of the various players in the Italian Renaissance were hit or miss. the pictures were good and it was a worthwhile book.
