Enjoyed this book. The author not only provides a process but also practical exercises one may work through to heighten one's ability to inspire others.

Made it halfway through and had to stop. This was an incoherent mess and the author took his title to heart too much. Both boring and confusing at the same time, it felt like a scrapbook of random thoughts and quotes that was published into a book upon the first draft.
