I really enjoyed reading this book and it had a lot of great information that I still use today. I didn't really like the sales pitches afterwards for their app. Started at $99.99, then went down to $69.99, etc. Could have done without that.
This is the not the first book I have read on this subject, but it gave me a rung low enough, to actually begin the climb toward a meditation habit and all that such a practice promises.
