I have to admit that I haven't actually tested any of the recipes in this book; though they certainly look interesting & worth trying. What I really, really, love this book for is the very beautiful illustrations; which throughout are sumptuous full double page watercolours, text superimposed. The commissioning editor did a very good job here.
