I loved the beginning and end but could barely stomach the middle. I only held on for the banter between the main characters.

Issues:

1. Mfc ghosts mc for no good reason then dates another guy while he waits for her to single up
2. Random young gay bff introduced out of nowhere halfway through the book
3. Mfc drugs someone (not a medical professional) then searches their house without permission
4. The mc was more invested/put the most effort into the relationship while she just gave up easily/never considered his pov until the very end

Safe for some people not others. After flirty phone calls the h decides to ghost on the H because his friend from the first book had drama with her best friend and she thought it could get too ugly. The h decides to date this other guy while the H waited around for her to become single. Once she becomes single he pulls out all the stops and she eventually gives in. I did not like what she did to the author she was researching for, if I was the H I would have been pissed too. I actually had a hard time taking sides. In the end it all worked out. The dialogue was a lot of back and for sass and flirty but that seems to be what the author does.

Great conversation between the characters. It is great when the characters actually talk to each other. There was no miscommunication because of poor communication. It irks me when book relationships
"almost" don't work because they don't talk to each other. Grown ups talk. Well done. I will read more of your books now. Loved the banter!

Awesome book! I’ve looked forward to this book since I finished Infatuated and it surely was worth waiting for. Caid and Courtney started this book with a healthy dose of humor and continued throughout with humorous antics, with a smidge of criminality thrown in, bullet wounds, surgery, and ended with a really good story of their path to finding love - with help from Caspian. Loved this story!

This was an amusing but seriously hot story. Caid is a confident and sexy Seal. Courtney was a children’s librarian with a seriously Inquisitive nature with a penchant for trouble. Not believing Caid was serious the sexy Courtney makes him work for a date. When they do it’s fireworks for them both. As Caid gets deployed and she’s left behind the reality of a SEALs life is brought home in an emphatic way. This was a fun but hot read. Great book and series

I purchased this story after I volunteered to read an advanced readers copy of Fascinated . I really think this story is fantastic and I enjoyed every minute of it .
I love the snarky conversation between Caid and Courtney . So funny ! Their growing relationship is full of humor and sarcasm and definitely it's steamy . Just all out wonderful . I love the different characters . The title is appropriate .
I highly recommend this story .

Cutesy

I enjoy this author a lot, but this book just has too much cutesy dialog for my liking. I don't enjoy romance books as much as romantic suspense. I loved the characters and it has a happy ending.

So In Love

Caid is one of the sexiest and most romantic heros I have ever read, and Courtney is so lucky to have his attention. I am so glad that she finally realized how perfect they are for each other and how sweet and fun their lives will forever be.

Caid is an irresistible force. Courtney is an immovable object. Enough said. Milton, Jax, Colt, Ace, Lisa all play a role, too.
