I adore the eye pattern and will probably get the most use out of that.
I would love to yarn bomb my yard seasonally and appreciate the tips.

I am forever inspired by London's crochet art. She taught me crochet doesn't have to be immaculate or complicated. It can be freeform, and whimsical, and you can make mistakes, and you don't even need to know many stitches or techniques to create stunning works of art that bring people joy. I'm working up the courage to hang some yarn bombs in my own city now, and I desperately want some crochet shoes!

Bought this book on impulse as it came up in my recommendations on Amazon. It is a well put together book and I am sure it will expose some new people to the Art of Yarn Bombing. It is not a book I will be keeping as reference as I already own a few and this one is very introductory on the concept of both crochet and yarn bombing. I am an avid supporter and sometimes creator of street art and will often travel out of my way to experience it. :) This book will be added it to my Little Free Library and hopefully it will introduce someone to another option of creative expression and street art. Love the fact that books like this are being published.

Some interesting ideas, and good tips on yarn bombing - but had a hard time with her "humble brag" tone and enjoyed other Yarn Bombing books better.
Her work is beautiful though and very inspiring - and I am intrigued to try some of her patterns.
I appreciated her tips on how to shape yarn bombs for irregularly shaped items.

I'm not sure how I feel about this book as I struggle to not equate crochet with ugly. So great that she has found success as an artist, what an accomplishment! When I see yarn bombs out in the wild, it brings a smile to my face. Would I do it myself? Nope, not my life, too busy. That's okay. Did I enjoy this book? It was okay, too. Do I like the pieces themselves? Not so much.

What a handy book. I am in the process of learning to crochet and this wonderful, aspiration book gives you everything you need to get started. There are lots of fun and crazy projects to add to the goals list.

What fun!!! I’ve never seen yarn bombing in person, but now it’s on my bucket list of things to do with my daughter because it looks like so much fun!!
