A great way to explain to young kids what their first dentist trip will be like. Also a great reminder for adults that uncertainty worries children so explain what will happen in child friendly language.

Shows the basic steps of going to the dentist. I think reading this might have helped Lily. She has visited the dentist twice just for a meet-and-greet and a look at her teeth. This last time, she let the dentist open her mouth and look around in there. He commented on how cooperative she was.

She hasn't had a cleaning yet, though. I guess that doesn't happen for a couple of years. She is scared of the page in the book where the dentist begins cleaning, so we'll see, lol.

Just like every other Daniel Tiger book, just a printing of the TV show. That said, good for kids, with musical liturgies for calming down when exploring the unknown.
