GEORGE S.PATTON: The Entire Life Story of an Outstanding General

Patton’s life was a patchwork of a hard-driving leadership style, a colorful and sarcastic personality, and a series of dire political missteps. His image is often contradictory. On one hand, he was a hot spark who could often fly off the handle and say and do things that were injurious to himself and others. On the other hand, he was a gifted orator whose capacity to inspire his troops was second to none. Reconciling those elements of his being can sometimes be a tricky proposition. And much more! What makes Patton a controversial figure, and who was he, really? From privileged birth to Olympic athlete to conqueror, this is the story of George S. Patton.

Interesting

This book is short and interesting to read. It is written in such a way that it doesn't bog the reader down with terms and military facts that are difficult for the average reader to understand. I was looking forward to reading the end of the book where Patton changed his mind about the war but unfortunately the author left out those facts. I was very disappointed.

Informative but needs better editing

There were a few noticeable inaccurate statements regarding the work: ie, Patton going to "Annapolis" and referring to Lieutenant General as lieutenant.
