We are so proud of you for reading "ROAR! Went the Lion!" You learned something important - when the animals made wrong sounds, they tried again until they got it right. This teaches us that making mistakes is okay, and we can always try again to do better. Just like the lion learned to roar properly, you can practice anything until you succeed. Keep reading and learning, sweet girl. We love you so much!

I love little hippo books series, I want to collect them all.
But this one is so disappointing.
From the title I thought that this book would teach the kids the sounds of animals.
But turned out it wasn't like that 😒
The number of pages of the "come-to-life" pages were too small that made the book became so boring 😟

It's not a bad book, just a bit confusing for a kid that's learning the animal sounds AND is bilingual. It gets too confusing to have all these different sounds for the same animals.
Now that he's older, he loves the concept of the book and understands the idea behind it all.

Such a fun book to have in a child’s library. Definitely engaging and an easy book to provide a story to the child.

Was thinking just be normal and then I realised the game. Once they were all hiding it felt mischievous and that's good.
