Brilliant -- this is a short but densely effective summary of leading change in schools. I am in awe of Abram's expertise and can't recommend her work enough.

Jennifer Abrams (who is a top notch PD provider) writes a helpful book on the interpersonal pitfalls of leading new initiatives in schools. She provides great thinking points and excellent suggestions for further reading. Thanks, Jen!

Yes, yes, yes!!! This book was too jam packed for me to take as many notes as I wanted. I already want to go back and work through this at a slower pace with more depth. This will be referenced much in the future as things come up. It was the best leadership book I've read in a long time! https://youtu.be/wdTwQR7ETUI
