A wonderful introductory guide for anyone interested in dreams.
This book is visually stunning. The majority of the pages are covered with beautiful artwork that soothes as you read. The paper is thick and feels good to touch.
This book contains a little bit of everything, both scientific and spiritual, regarding dreams. I especially loved the sections on brain waves, plants, and lucid dreams. I have read lots of lucid dreaming books, and never encountered such depth about plants before.
This book is not for advanced lucid dreamers who are seeking thorough in-depth information on that topic alone, but it is a great book, covering little bits of many areas of interest, such as precognitive dreams, nightmares and sleep paralysis.
A thoroughly well-constructed little book, with a long list of references at the back.
The author also includes personal accounts of specific dreams, along with insights on personal development.
