“名流取得胜利是以中央政府权力的缩小为代价的。”——地方与中央的掰手腕以中央示弱地方崛起告终,大地方到小地方,地理位置/宗族血缘/宗教信仰……为什么要下乡,为什么要无孔不入,为什么要打散要原子化,无非就是避免自底向上由内向外的崩溃,伴随着一轮又一轮的生灵涂炭。另外书中还是冷热兵器过渡时代地方底层尚可一战,那现在呢,复刻1911或者1968?
