“名流取得胜利是以中央政府权力的缩小为代价的。”——地方与中央的掰手腕以中央示弱地方崛起告终，大地方到小地方，地理位置/宗族血缘/宗教信仰……为什么要下乡，为什么要无孔不入，为什么要打散要原子化，无非就是避免自底向上由内向外的崩溃，伴随着一轮又一轮的生灵涂炭。另外书中还是冷热兵器过渡时代地方底层尚可一战，那现在呢，复刻1911或者1968？
