I used this with my youth groups for a Mental Health Awareness Week session and it was fabulous. Some brilliant tips for mindfulness, grounding, and self care, presented in a really accessible way. The design of the book is gorgeous as well, with beautiful colourful illustrations, and it’s a perfect handy size with these soft rounded corners that make it lovely to hold. Would definitely recommend it for anybody needing some help or advice on managing their feelings.
