I received this book as an advanced reader's copy because stress management is very popular among our patrons and our community. The exercises Dr. Eva Selhub presents coorelates smoothly with the topics and the book was so easy to follow that I might just order a copy for myself. Also, how the book was laid out made understanding the book so much easier and the dark pink was a great choice because it pops and is very eyecatching. Our patrons are sure to love this and we will most definitely be adding this to our cart. 5 stars!

Aeg-ajalt satun eneseabi raamatute otsa.

The book has everything that needs to be read, understood about stress management. However, this over abundance makes it a difficult read. I suggest to read this of you have not previously read any self-help literature.
