An excellent, though incomplete, neuroanatomical text. Illustrations are lucid and cover all necessary aspects of head and CNS anatomy. The only pitfall of this book is its superficiality: it is lacking in the depth required of a skilled neurosurgeon or neuroanatomist. However, it will serve as an excellent basis for developing one's neuroanatomical knowledge and is a brilliant choice for senior medical students or for the most junior of neurosurgical (or ENT) residents.
