Goldilocks and the three bears by Paragon books is a classic fairytale story about a young girl named goldilocks who comes across a cozy home of three bears while they are out. This book is illustrated with bright colors and written in a narrative tone. The primary themes throughout the book are respect of belongings, and consequences of wrong actions and the limits one should take to curiosity. This book includes a positive lesson as the message at the end. A great message of this book for children is the value of being cautious when exploring for curiosity and the limits of curiosity. The main character learns her lesson after taking her curiosity too far and having to deal with the consequences of her own actions. This is a great book for educators to use to tach a vital message for all children in their developmental years to learn. The literary craft used is done through descriptive language and vivid imagery that brings the story to life for the readers. The use of repetition and rhythm creates a fun tone and structure to the story. This book is not necessarily a biased book as it is a classic tale that is meant to convey a positive message for children.
This is a classic that is very loved by children and has been around for many generations. This story follows Goldilocks, a curious girl who wanders into the home of three bears while they are away. This book is beautifully illustrated and the story is easy to follow along making it perfect for younger readers. It os a great way tp teach children about manners, respecting others' property, and the consequences of our actions. I love how this book still resonates with children and continues to capture their imagination after being around for so many years.
The bog-standard story that I grew up with, nothing special or interesting. Though I do think the illustrations of this version are better than others I have read.

I would read this story during a fairy tale unit and if the students are old enough have them compare this version to the original Grimm Brother version.
