JACE When Sinful Seduction made it big, my life changed, and not always in awesome ways. The groupies were great at first, until one decided to fake a pregnancy and claim the kid was mine. My bandmates had my back, and while the woman backed down fast when I demanded a paternity test, it still shook me. I knew it was time for another change, one where I kept my pants zipped. And then I saw her across the bar… the goddess with golden waves, and her sexy little librarian outfit. I knew she was different, and I wanted to make her mine. Should have known better than to get drunk in Vegas. You know how they say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas? Bullshit. Total and complete bullshit. But maybe this time my mistake will turn out to be the best thing that ever happened to me. HONEY I dumped my cheating fiancée, hopped a plane to Vegas, and hit the latest writer’s convention. On what should have been my wedding day, I was throwing back drinks like they were fruit punch. To be fair, they probably had fruit punch in them. When I woke up the next morning with a hard body pressed to mine, and a silver band on a very important finger, I thought I’d screwed up more than ever before. Imagine my surprise when the wannabe rocker I married turned out to be even more famous than me --- and wait for it --- he wanted to stay married! Even with a battered heart, I still believed in happily-ever-after, but what could a rock star and a romance author have in common? Chemistry… Intense, curl your toes, melt your panties chemistry. Relationships have been based on worse, right?
*WARNING: If you don’t like foul-mouthed bad boys, lots of hot sex, and an accidental marriage, then you should probably skip this book.
Harley Wylde is the International Bestselling Author of the Dixie Reapers MC, Devil's Boneyard MC, and Hades Abyss MC series.
When Harley's writing, her motto is the hotter the better -- off the charts sex, commanding men, and the women who can't deny them. If you want men who talk dirty, are sexy as hell, and take what they want, then you've come to the right place. She doesn't shy away from the dangers and nastiness in the world, bringing those realities to the pages of her books, but always gives her characters a happily-ever-after and makes sure the bad guys get what they deserve.
The times Harley isn't writing, she's thinking up naughty things to do to her husband, drinking copious amounts of Starbucks, and reading. She loves to read and devours a book a day, sometimes more. She's also fond of TV shows and movies from the 1980's, as well as paranormal shows from the 1990's to today, even though she'd much rather be reading or writing.

Jace and Honey have an interesting start with their drunken marriage in Vegas. And then there is the morning after! LOL!
This is undoubtedly a steamy number, seriously steamy, with some really cute moments that I liked. The one thing I wasn't fond of was what happened with the band toward the end. A second epilogue that covered a "Where Are They Now" kind of moment would've been nice.
I listened to an author gifted copy of this book. Setting aside the mispronunciation of Bellagio (hotel / casino in Vegas), the narrator, Celia M Lake, did a decent job as the sole narrator.
What Harley Wylde brought to the MC genre, she brings to rock and roll! Jace is tired of the emptiness of one-night stands that litter the landscape of rock and roll. After a close call with a gold digger, he wants something more. After tying one on in a bar after a concert in Vegas he spots the prettiest, classiest woman ever. Honey is in Vegas for a writers conference when she should have been on her honeymoon. Hurt by her ex-fiance cheating, she is drowning her sorrows in fruity drinks. That is until Jace sits down next to her. The next morning, reality strikes and turns out they got married the night before. Can a drunken mistake be the best thing that ever happened to both of them? Oh my gosh, Jace grows so much in this story. He is a bit of a jerk at the beginning but man, he turns into a serious sweetie. Honey has a quiet strength and sweetness that makes you fall for her too. Loved it! Another amazing tale from the talented Harley Wylde!
What can i say about this book except I freaking love it! I'm not much of a fan of Rock Romance but Harley Wylde got me hooked on this one, amazing read, love the characters, I'm looking forward to more from this author, it definitely deserves that 5 stars!
When this book popped up as a suggested read, I was surprised. I don't think I ever came across a non MC book by Harley. I do like her MC books!
Well while not a surprise at how great this book was as she is a gifted author, being such a different subject matter I was enthralled with this story.
The main characters were awesome. Both strong but vulnerable. Though they kept denying the "love at first sight " idea, ultimately it was that.
Reading the story as it unfolded and the changes it brought to their lives in such a short time and the feelings that took them by surprise sucked me right in so that I read this in one sitting.
Seeing the ravages of social media and the heavy opinions of people outside the couple makes me glad not to be a celebrity. The class and tact the writer had this couple trying to navigate through the chaos was a inspiring. Celebrities are people and the media and fans should respect the boundaries.
I recommend this book. It's anawesome read and a great Rockstar novel.
Jace and his bandmates have hit it big and at first, the sex, drugs and rock 'n roll were everywhere. A scorned groupie accused Jace of fathering her child and he demanded a paternity test. Relieved that it was negative, he was furious and swore off groupies for good! That's before he wandered into the Vegas hotel where the band was staying and spotted a beautiful young lady who, amazingly, didn't have any idea who he was. In a surprising move, he told her that he was going to marry her. Honey is an author with many published books, and she's in Las Vegas for a writer's convention. She arrived a little early because she dumped her cheating fiancé and left town on the first flight. She's attracted to Jace, his personality and his looks, and when he says they're going to get married, she figures why not! Waking up in the morning beside each other in bed, and with rings on their fingers, Jace suggests that they stay married and try it for a year. If they still want to stay married, they can make it permanent. Jace is the perfect rock star/boyfriend and he's so patient when Honey doubts herself. Their love grows day by day, but they have to keep it a secret in case Jace's fans decide to retaliate. Their hand is forced when they realize someone has outed them and that's where it gets interesting with his bandmates. Honey is there to support him in whatever decision he makes, and their future becomes even brighter. I love this story and it's a feel-good all the way through. Even with any problem that arises, Jace and Honey handle it as a couple. This has the sweetest HEA that I've read in a long time. Celia M. Lake does a beautiful job with the narration. Her voice is clear, dynamic and well-modulated in bringing every character to life with a distinct attitude and personality.

I am usually a fan of this genre of book and I was hoping to like this one more then I did. I found this one just lacking something. the sex drug and rock and roll needed the volume turned way up.
I did not really get a feel of the characters this book needed more length to develop the characters.
I have no idea why the band sided with the drummer just because he was married and would not flirt was stupid, why kick out the guy who writes all the songs? I would have liked to see later on the drummer getting kick out and the band either failing because of bad new songs or asking him to come back would have added a little something.
I did not feel much chemistry between the couple was more lust and sex then real connection. All the moving stuff was a little boring.
It was blatantly obvious that she was going to be pregnant to me. It was a little disappointing that he was anti kids and then when she said she wanted then he flipped to maybe then if you want them I want the it did not feel genuine and it felt rushed.
“Sparks we have plenty of—everything else we can figure out later.” ← pretty much sums this book up. :)
My first read/listen of this author … it starts out generic enough, much like every other contemporary romance novel I’ve ever read, with instant attraction, set-up for drama, etc. It wastes no time bragging of “9 inches” so I can’t help but think it’s a bit cheesy. This isn’t helped by the FMC going by ‘Honey’ and the MMC’s cheesy pickup lines.
Still, although cheesy, it does manage to be mildly entertaining so I hung in there.
There are plenty of steamy scenes, and I did have to suspect what I believe to be reality for parts of them but … if you’re into steamy books with little/weak plots, you’ll likely enjoy this. Or if you want some light, mindless reading while you work, etc., this could serve you well.
For me … I thought it was okay. 3 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Note: I listened to the audiobook. It’s a good performance with 2 solid narrators. Well done! 4.5 star performance.
Note: The Audible cover is different (though, both are awful to be fair).
Jace was upset and the minute he got of the stage and did the VIP thing he went back to his hotel to hit the bar. Right off he had six shots of vodka and a shot of anything else he felt like. Then he spots her, she gorgeous and reminds him of a sexy librarian. They continue to drink and flirt, then he decides to marry this lady and she agrees. I found this kind of cheesy, because it’s just not realistic. Honey is a romance writer and she’s nice and sweet, totally crushing on Jace. So the happy couple agrees to stay married for a year and the plans seem to be working out for them. The story is moving along slowly and there are a few inconsistencies that are driving me nuts. The band members who’ve always had his back stab him in the back. These were friends?! Sorry, but this ending was awful. The ending was happy but sad too, I really didn’t care for this ending. I’m giving this book three stars.
A very well written and narrated, short erotic romance. I loved that while this was a short listen it was full of content. Lots of steamy scenes but a definite storyline with good flow and great characters that captivated from the start. Jase is a famous rock star known for his player ways - on and off stage. Honey is an erotic romance author (love this) and has some self esteem issues she's overcoming as her fiancé cheated on her. Both are just looking to sooth themselves with a few drinks when they meet and well - some best ideas come from drunken minds - right?!? Instant lust / love romance with chemistry and a beautiful HEA. Narration was perfectly done - overall a great story!
This book was given to me for free at my request and I voluntarily provided this review. *this review is based on the audio version of this read.
Narrator review: I didn’t care for the narrator’s voice. She was clear and easy to understand, but her voice wasn’t right for the male POV chapters. This book really needed dual narration. Three stars. Story review: Talk about steamy! This book had sensual scenes that were nuclear hot and delicious! I liked the main characters and I enjoyed the rockstar theme and accidental marriage trope. Definitely worth reading if you like fun romance and extra steam. Overall, I’d recommend this, despite the problematic narration, because the story was so entertaining. I received a free copy of this audiobook for free and am voluntarily leaving this honest review.
Not another drunken Vegas marriage story, I said. Not so fast. The cliché plot is saved by two delightful and believable characters, a few twists and turns, and sex hotter than Phoenix summers. If very realistic language and almost every imaginable intimate encounter you can visualize intrigues rather than puts you off, you will enjoy this fast, sizzling read. Boy, I totally enjoyed this book! I was given an Audible version by the author through Story Origin. Jace. A famous Rocker. Tall. Handsome. A real player. Honey. A romance writer. Ordinary. I'd love to be her friend. Jace is tired of his one night stand life. He sees Honey, and bam! He has to have her. They are drunk and get married in Vegas. Jace is such a wonderful boyfriend. I fell in love with him and this book. I also really enjoyed this narrator. She was fun to listen to. She did both male and female parts wonderfully. She added to my enjoyment.
I LOOOVEEE this book so much. This book was short but packed with smutty deliciousness. A pair that was so opposite but so good together. The chemistry was off charts. The romancing plot was sickeningly sweet. The details background was well thought of too. One thing tha Harley Wylde was really good at was to make one short smutty story with so much feelings. This one was the warm feeling of love!!
I think the storyline had something there, but it wasn't long enough to flesh it out. I also didn't find their story as believable until near the end (which is why I think it needed to be longer). I didn't understand why the band kicked him out, and honey just accepted everything as is all the time. Very meek in this story.

What a great read. It wasn’t what I expected and I was totally thrilled. A quick paced storyline with the main characters being so different it made for one great book. Harley you have another great book here. Thank you
Cute and quite good, too. Some things happened too fast. The story also lacked some explanations for bigger changes in this couple's life. This would be a really good base for a longer story where there's no hurry.
Wow, just wow! Jace and honey are certainly some thing else. It wasn’t your typical love at first sight. Jace needed something different in his life, and honey was the perfect fit. Too bad his band didn’t see that. Hope there will be more to these characters..
Can’t get enough is a perfect name for this book. I couldn’t get enough of Jace and Honey. I love rockstar stories. This was sultry, sweet, and charming. I enjoyed every single moment of this story.
