Sweet board book for the littlest ones. This book is chunky, great for small hands, and has a flap on every other page hiding the small animal. The animals are super cute. It's a simple prayer, good for teaching older babies and toddlers how to pray. My son is three and loves this book, but I think he's about the top end of the appropriate age range.

Great and Small Prayers for Babies is really sweet and cute. It easy to read. It got a rhyme to when you are reading the book. It great for little toddlers or little children to pick up and play with. I did notice this love it. That I wanted for a family member of mine.
My mom though otherwise, she wants for a friend of hers that having a baby. My thoughts exactly is why I picked it up was for cousin of mine. It is better for the newest members of the family. It for babies, ages 0-3. They can open the flap to read and see what under the flap, It cute and fun to read what it says under the flap.
Came brand new and closed ready to be opened by little hands. Pictures are done well and sweet to look and see. Words that go with animal makes. Great for parents looking for a gift for a new baby coming into the family or even for themselves.

This is one of those simple, beautiful board books that are a joy to place in a baby gift and especially to hand to that little toddler or baby.
Beautifully executed in sturdy board with just a few pages. Each page spread is half of the rhyme with the second half on the following page spread. Each two-page spread has a pull down flap hiding a delightful critter and additional text (but not part of the rhyme).
The conclusion is special in that it directs the wee one's thoughts and thankfulness to God for His love of the child.
I highly recommend this book from the editorial staff of B&H Kids.

I am going to be a grandmother for the first time in a few months. Woo hoo! So I am on the look out for books to share with my grand-blessing. Great And Small Prayers for Babies is a wonderful book for the smallest of children. Its sturdy board book construction will take any over-reading 😉 , while its sweet illustrations, simple rhyme, and multiple surprises will delight a toddler. I loved the contrasts that appear within the pages — a great way to engage young readers. I can’t wait to read this one with my grandchild!
Recommended.

This adorable little book is a prayer of thanks to God. It includes very cute pictures by Anna Abramskaya. The only problem is the pictures don't go with the words. Each page has an animal beautifully done on one side and part of the prayer on the other.
The book is nicely bound in thick cardboard flaps, great for babies and the rhyming is very nice. Each page features a fold-down flap with a cute little friend inside. Overall, I really like the book and look forward to giving it to and reading it to a baby and watching them explore it.

This little board book contains the sweetest illustrations, reminding me of vintage children’s books. The pages are durable and just the right thickness for little hands to turn the pages easily. Each right side has a thick fold down flap with a prayer on the front and the sound the animal makes once turned down. They’re so cute!!!

This is a delightful little board book with the most adorable animal illustrations inside. It's about the size of my hand, however I also have very small hands for an adult. It was clearly designed to stand up against the baby years with extra thick construction and slick surfaces. The left side of each page has a larger animal illustrations, while the right side has a flap that pulls down to reveal a smaller animal friend. The simple prayer is short and sweet spread out over six pages. I find this to be a perfect addition to any nursery and a wonderful little prayer to read during cuddle time.

This is a very cute and well made little book. The pages are thick cardboard, easy on little hands. It is 7 pages long with beautiful illustrations and flaps that open. The rhymes are fun to read and are sure to stick to a child's mind. It brings a very simple message on prayer, easy for small children to grasp and perfect for those learning to read.
It makes for a cute small gift for a new baby in the family and young children.

Cute book for littles. Cute & engaging illustrations. The flip pages make the book interactive. The thickness of the pages is great for developing fine motor skills. It also contains rhyme & onomatopoeia, which are great for learning.

This is a small board book with chunky flaps, perfect for babies and toddlers. It would be great anytime, but especially for Thanksgiving, as it is essentially a gratitude prayer. I was pleasantly surprised by its charm!

I realize even though my baby is only a few months old, she needs her daily reading time to sharpen her growing brain. And since that growing baby brain of hers is like a sponge, soaking up all information available, I realize I better pay attention to what I’m placing in front of my wee one! The baby board book, Great and Small Prayers for Babies has been a great interactive book to read to my baby. She loves the illustrations that opens and closes with an easy to lift flap and basic language geared just for her age.

The description reads from ages 1 year to 3 years, but as I mentioned, my not even three-month-old loves pointing at the pictures and seeing the flap open on each page with lovable animals and their corresponding animal sounds displayed.

Since Great and Small Prayers for Babies is a board book, it has a slick, indestructible surface that can be drooled on, thrown across the room, and all kind of other baby-fied acts that would normally shred the pages of a traditional paper book.
