#mytakeaway 1) Health Mindset made me realize that the way to health and fitness consist of 70% diet, 15% workout , and 15% proper sleep. 2) Family mindset - You can only remove what you deposit in your love account . The currency you need to deposit in your love account is called “Emotions”. 3) build your habits and habit will build new you. 4) Realisation -> Transformation -> Sustainability. 5) Expenses usually equal the income automatically. 6) winning alone is no fun once you figure the solution to some problem figured some benefit help others to learn to transform to evolve it’s not always about Me Me Me. Thank you for reading.
Used simple words so every one can understand the things that is good . It's really going to help us or say encourage to work for different source of income don't rely on single one. And how to shift from middle class mentality to millionaire mentality. But At some point there is repeated story and thought. In every chapter of the book I sence auther want us to subscribe there channel and also enroll for the online courses they are offering. That is quite irritating. Also recommended some books specially the 10x rule.
The author starts the book describing his journey from rags to riches, mediocre living to living a life that one dreams of..
The shift then goes on to discuss the 3-step formula to become unstoppable. Realization, Transformation and Sustainability.
The formula is then mostly self explanatory:
- Realization is where we find the purpose of our living - what we are so passionate about - what comes at ease for us … - Transformation - Take massive action, Morning Rituals, Habit forming, Commitment, Get Mentored, Take risks - Sustainability - Keep burning, Outsource stuff that will help you focus on more value generating stuff
The last 2 chapters discuss 9 days transformation, change and hacks → Do what no one is doing etc.
Some quotes to make a note of in the way:
- “You cannot get rich thinking poor” - Grant Cardone - “Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment” - Jim Rohn - “Disciplined mind leads to happiness, and an undisciplined mind leads to suferring” - Dalai Lama
If you’ve already read 10x rule by Grant Cardone, 4 hours work week by Tim Ferries, Miracle Morning - just pass this on. BTW. I recommend going through these books than reading this particular book and encourage original content.
If there is a one key takeaway that I take is - Generate value but dont sell time for money. No time management, value generation
The reason I might not have liked the book so much - the little sense that relates the content and the title. - the worse comes when the cover design of the book and the content presented. I now promise myself not buying books by cover. Yes - I know that we shouldn't judge book by the cover but never imagined in the other way and this is a perfect fit for the bill
Does this book have original ideas? No. The author himself mentions various authors and books that have inspired him. I have also seen some of these ideas scattered and floating around on my Youtube feed. This book did me a favour and has made me more interested in exploring these ideas from their original creators.
So was it a waste of my time? No. Keep in mind that this is coming from someone who believes knowledge is abundant and you can learn something from everyone. If you are like me and haven't yet read the original books, it will have value. The ideas that are repeated often do seem to stick around for longer, so why not add on more positive ones in your head. Better yet, charge it up with affirmative thoughts regularly. The book is the perfect sales pitch to get you pumped up and had me buying some of his ideas that were suited to me. His story coming from an average background and his resolve to change his life is inspiring in itself, his energy was a bonus.
Now, I know the guy comes from a sales background but he seems to have forgotten an important lesson, know your audience. The product placements throughout were annoying and redundant. Someone curious and wanting more of his content could just as easily look up his bio and find it there, no need to hound your readers who have already picked up the book.
Listened to in one sitting or rather pacing in my house at 2x speed.
8️⃣ out of 🔟 aspiring enterpreneurs can learn from '80% Mindset 20% Skills' 📓
Stories that you can relate to, characters that you can empathize with, quotes that you can draw inspiration from, practical exercises that you can try and questions that you can ponder upon. This book gives you almost everything that can brainstorm your thought process and push you towards a decisive change.
Just that there is a little too much emphasis on money, English speaking skills, generalizing the salaried people as having a mediocre mindset and marketing of the author himself. The book still stands carefully curated and designed for those who wish to make it big on their own.

Most of the stuff are written in this book are coming from many motivational writers, but I loved the way it presented. The story of Jo and Mo is really well done and the focus on removing average life mindset is commendable.
