In this section, Mark draws on the experience of school leaders in a range of different contexts to illustrate what they have done to support effective and efficient teaching in their schools. Lots of great advice, fits in with the way I tend to teach.
Not sure about his ranking system, but only because Mark didn't mention how many students you need to make it effective.
