I’m falling for the girl my brother loves, and now he’s making her choose. Him or me.

Everything in this world should tell me to steer clear of Maria, but I can’t help the need to wrap her up in my arms and protect her.
The monsters of her past are catching up with her, trying to tear her from us.
I had expected needing to protect her from Rafael, the sinister leader of the Mexican Cartel.
The only person I didn’t expect to hurt her was my brother, Chaos.
What he doesn’t understand is that if he loses her, we both lose her.

This was a short but packed instalment to the current ongoing saga.
This is a piece of the puzzle I was especially looking forward to and this time we are up close and personal with Maria and brothers Chaos and Pain.
This is only part of there story and though it does end on a cliffhanger this author is fantastic at not leaving you hanging for long: so I'm sure we will be catching back up where we left off very soon indeed.
Reckless carries on from the previous book and this is a series that does need to be read in order as there is an underlying deeper story and each piece we are exposed to helps build an interconnecting picture.
Getting a deeper insight into these two very different brothers and their relationship dynamic with Maria was just what I needed,
Polar opposites in behaviour and are just what Maria needs to feel complete in herself.
This is by no way an easy ride in terms of emotional entanglements and I have my fingers crossed that all can be resolved when we next catch up together.
We are also introduced and get to have a much closer gander at the sister Angel and that is definitely one to watch.
This was an enjoyable read.
I voluntary reviewed an Arc of Reckless.
All opinions expressed here are entirely my own.

This is not a standalone and ends with a cliffhanger.

Despite this being a very short story, this book contains a lot of repetition and unnecessary information. For example, Payne (Pain?) tells us not once but twice why he is still a prospect and how he might always be one because of what he did in the past. We are also told other unimportant details like when a character puts on a tank top despite it being cold outside. On top of that, I felt like there were multiple main characters... I’m not even sure who’s on the cover after listening to the entire audiobook!

Kuhlman did a remarkably good job having to speak from multiple characters (both male and female with multiple accents), yet he mispronounced the name Seamus. (both male and female with multiple accents), yet he mispronounced the name Seamus.

Maria's father worked for Rafael Ramirez, The Snake, but she was bought by Reed and brought to the MC to be taken care of and freed from the life that she was going to be subjected to.

Now she is shared by two brother, Chaos and Pain. Only now Chaos has decided that he no longer wants to share Maria.

When Chaos forces Maria to choose between him and Pain will they both lose?

I really enjoyed this book and it was high in emotion for sure!

I really liked Maria and thought she was a great character. She had been through a lot and was getting to the point where she trusted the men in the club to protect and that she would never be sent back to where she came from.

My opinion of Chaos definitely changed in the book as I hated that he had an agreement then began to go back on it and was forcing Maria to make a choice that she didn't want to make.

You could tell that Pain was definitely the more caring of the two brothers and I understood why he needed to help save Angel. I loved that Trick supported Pain in this.

The end was a complete shock and now I desperately need the next book!!

OH. MY. GOSH. ELIZABETH, WHAT DID YOU DO TO ME????? (LOL).

So I was confused about this triad BEFORE this book. I love them so much! I was always curious to see if Maria would choose one of the brothers, or if one of the brothers would give up Maria. Now, AFTER the book, I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS, THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS! I was so worried about sending Liz some editing things that I never actually messaged her about the book until the end. I REALLY freaked out that the book was over!!

I LOVE Pain and Chaos so much! I can't believe how different these brothers are. Marie mentioned once how she loves them for different reasons and I really got to see that here. Pain really carries around emotions and knows how to sense them. Chaos really distractions from the distractions and is very brash. And poor Maria, getting to see some of her inner thoughts was scary throughout this. I'm so curious about what she actually went through after getting the glimpses after her dreams.

I CANNOT WAIT TO FIND OUT WHAT THE HECK HAPPENS NEXT!!!!

This one kept me enthralled

Reckless tells the story of Chaos, Pain, and Maria. Each one of them is dealing with their own demons and trying to find a way to cope. Maria lives in the darkness of what was done to her by her father and cartel leader, Rafael. She grieves for the loss of her family. Pain fights the addiction issues of his family and how it damaged and impacted his life. He is held prisoner by trying to save his sister Angel. Chaos fears losing the people he loves and pushes them away before they can walk away. You also get to know more about Trick, and see the beginning of his story with Angel.

This installment of the Skulls Renegade MC will grab you and keep you thirsting for more. I was unable to put it down! The story keeps getting better and better as each installment is released. With action, plot twists, and characters that you love... you will keep coming back for more! Bravo Elizabeth Knox, BRAVO!! I loved it!!

Carla's Five Star Review

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.

This book picks up right where book one left off. I love the main characters in this book! Maria, Chaos and Pain are awesome characters, and I am totally intrigued with all of them. These three are in a relationship of sorts. It starts out as just having a little fun, but everyone catches feelings, and it soon becomes very complicated. Now, Maria is trapped between two men she loves. What will happen when everything comes to a head? Just my opinion, but I think all hell will break loose,

Another great read by an amazingly talented author! Expect a cliff that is sure to leave you wanting more.

Oh wow, this is a short story that follows on from Reclaimed, both brothers love Maria but can only one be with her, that is the dilemma between the three but there is also another factor in the mix, Raphael still wants her and thinks he owns her and as he is getting even closer can they protect her from him. There is a lot of edge of your seat emotions in this story, I just coudn't stop turning the pages, and as it ends on a cliffhanger I can't wait for the next one.

I received a copy from BMBB and I am voluntarily leaving my own honest opinion

This is the first title I have read by this author and it won't be the last! I didn't realize this part part of a series. I was a bit confused, I recommend reading the series instead of jumping in in the middle. Once I understood what was going on, I loved this book and characters. There were times I wanted to throw my phone or slap one of the brothers, Chaos and Pain, up side the head but over all I loved this book! I can't wait to go back and catch up with the series and can't wait to see what's after this one!

Alright!

I chose this rating because this was a pretty good book. I enjoyed most of the characters. This book was pretty much of a triangle affair. Really it was kinda crazy the way Pain and Chaos are acting over one woman. They started out sharing her (Maria) so they probably should continue to share her. I enjoyed this book. I just want to read what's gonna happen next now that Rafaelhas gotten Maria back. I believe their is going to a lot of blood shed. Because Rafael sounds like a real bastard. Pretty good read, I recommend this book to all MC lovers.

Great book

Can it work when two men love one woman and she equally loves them both. Interesting storyline, two rival Mexican cartels, a group of vigilante justice, one motorcycle club and all the problems they encounter, what more could you want. The interaction between characters is interesting, their chemistry electric. Two brothers loving one feisty young woman that's wanted by a Mexican Cartel boss, plenty of twists and turns, add is some action and you have one book that will keep your interest right from the start.

Pain and Chaos reign. See what I did there? I kind of feel for the big idiot. I stated the book and couldn't put it down and now I can't wait for the next one, Elizabeth had made me an addict for her books. See what I did there?
Both men are good guys and have good hearts, even though both show it in their own way. I do think Chaos needs his hearing checked. Get on that, you big idiot.
Love, love, love. I was blown away.

...and who wouldn't want to hot brothers in the MC wanting them? With everything going on at the MC Marie is having to deal with Chaos and Pain. She wants it to be the three of them, Pain wants it to be the three of them - Chaos isn't sharing well with others. With all this animosity going on Maria's past has finally caught up with her.
It's a short novella but if you have been following the Series it will very much be enjoyed.

This is the seventh book in this awesome series, and continues straight on from where Reclaimed ends. The huge dilemma continues as both brothers love Maria, and she wants them both. This is a well written story, which is filled with emotion, danger, love, and is a gripping and thrilling short read, which had me intrigued and hooked throughout. I look forward to reading more in this series, and highly recommend for all MC lovers.

Good read

This book begins where Reclaimed ended. Maria loves both Chaos and Pain.  Chaos wants Maria all to himself.  But the past is coming for Maria. Will Chaos realize he's hurting her and his relationship with his brother by trying to push Maria into choosing him. Book leaves you in a cliffhanger can't wait for the next book.

Another cliffhanger

This series started out great but the last 2 books have been cliffhangers and very short. The grammatical errors in this book were horrible and made it hard to read. I like the storyline but hate how this keeps dragging on. Hopefully the next book resolves the story line and the series can move on. It comes to a point where you lose interest because of the dragging of the story.

This book❤️❤️❤️
Maria feels safe within the club but her nightmares haunt her every night. Pain makes her feel wanted and loved like Chaos, although Chaos is much rougher. These three will make you hang onto every word you read. The ending broke my heart and I cannot wait to see what happens to this trio. Excellent writing with a storyline that will leave you wanted more from Pain, Maria and Chaos.

Reckless is book 7 in the Skulls Renegade MC and it does end on a cliffhanger and now you're sitting there rocking back and forth whispering " it not your fault" while you impatiently wait for book 8. This book picks up right where Reclaimed left off. Maria, Pain, and Chaos are such amazing characters the book was short but it didn't feel rushed great read.

This book is a continuation of Reclaimed. It starts from the cliffhanger and a lot of unanswered questions from the end of that book are answered. Chaos, Pain, ands Maria. Maria loves both brothers and cant choose between them even though she is asked to choose. They are each special in their own way and Maria knows they should all be together. This book is better than 5 stars.

The editing is TERRIBLE!

I don't know if anyone actually reviewed the writing before making this book available. Several chapters have struck through text, punction is everywhere and there are duplicate words and phrases. Disappointing. And very short. The worst book in the series, by far.

Horrible ending!

Definitely no HOE in this book. Elizabeth leaves you hanging; the only person happy at the end of this one is the bad guy and we don't even get to know what happens between the brothers! Compared to the first 6 books in the series, this was a complete disappointment!

Great series

Great series and theres a spin off series which follows with the same charaters but these books are way to short this one has just finished without an ending so im left dangling for the next book. Also loads of crossed out mistakes within the writing which is abit annoying.

Chaos, Pain, & Maria part 1

This is the seventh book in the series. I would have given it four stars, but it’s very short and ends with a surprise cliffhanger. I’m really enjoying the series but want a whole story with at least a sorta happy for now ending. Hopefully the next book has it.
