The H is a famous sports star but due to some fight on the pitch he is now stuck with fractured arm and is out of commission for awhile. Due to heavy medication, he has no sex drive and also he has got anger issues. Everything has just fallen apart for him.
H is looking for someone to break the curse of his broken dick. So it felt like the H was looking for anyone who could do it for him. He sounded desperate. Also he was whiny. I understand what he is going through but I was bored and felt no sympathy for him.
His coach suggest anger management classes for him. Reluctantly he attends. There he meets his therapist who awakens his broken dick.
His first reactions kind of irritated me.
“I don’t know why I keep watching her like I do. She’s not brilliantly beautiful like the woman from the lobby”
“Nothing sultry or sexy about the girl…”
I wanted to slap the H.

I forgot to review this, which is silly, but just know this was awesome. I was completely invested in this story. I wanted to see them make it work.
BUT.
I was wary and curious and on the edge of my seat.
You see, this isn't my first M. Piper story, so I know there will be a twist, a turn, a kick in the face that I am expecting, but could never see coming.
And that's what you get. Fun, sexy, and a bit mysterious. You want this book.
But be prepared, go ahead and have book 2 ready to go. You'll need it.
BUT.

I'm still reeling from this book. I inhaled in a few hours, it legit sucked me in and spit me right back out. It has the sweetest couple, each with things unraveling, and revealing as time goes on and then the Author drops you a giant bomb, and I'm kind of just sitting here with an evil grin, like "You got me!!!" It's hot, it's engrossing, it's feel-inducing, and then breadcrumbs get left here and there that make you wonder, but then you think you might be imagining it, then WHAM...The End. I may just take a seat in the Author's bushes until the next part comes out, because it was that good...I thank the Author for providing a copy to review!

Completely hooked from the beginning and this book didn't let me go and apparently will be holding on to me a bit longer while I wait for January release. Taylor Black is a hot headed rookie pitcher with his hidden demons. Blake Cruz is trying to help him with his require anger management sessions. She is learning everything about him and I love their bargain on how they are going to be spending more time together. Blake is hiding her own secrets which we know even less of.
Their buildup and chemistry creates for a story that will capture you and then leave you needing and wanting more. I can't wait for the next one....... (and then I will need more about Damien too - haha )

Wow! M. Piper hit this one out of the park. Taylor Black is a pitcher in the major leagues. After a fight leaves his throwing arm messed up, he is forced into anger management classes. Blake Cruz is his nerdy, yet hot therapist. She awakens his body after he thought he was broken. One meeting with her and he wants more. Taylor and Blake have a steamy romance while she is helping him with his anger issues. A surprise twist leaves you waiting for more.
I really did not see this ending coming. Major cliffhanger alert!! I loved this story and can't wait for the rest to see what happens.

What?!?! But I thought you loved your readers...why would you leave us like that? I have to know what happens next and I am dying for the next book. I loved how this author was able to give a world to get lost in. The character building was amazing and I really fell hard for both of them... I can not recommend this book enough and the next one is coming quickly so jump in now!
In what should have been the best day of Taylor’s baseball career, he soon realizes that it actually his worst nightmare. A fight leading to injury has put him on the bench and in anger management. He has no interest in taking it seriously until his gorgeous therapist made it interesting.
Blake is assigned to helping Taylor learn to deal with his anger and she only has a limited time to make it happen. She was not prepared for his charm or their instant connection.

Oh my gosh! M. Piper has just ripped my heart out and I don't know what to do with myself! What She Didn't Say is the story of Taylor, a baseball player who was injured in a fight and is going through physical therapy as well as anger management therapy. Blake, his therapist, becomes the very thing he needs to deal with his emotional issues. Their relationship allows Taylor to deal with issues from his past that he has kept locked inside for years. It becomes obvious throughout the story that Blake has secrets of her own. Secrets that have the potential to tear apart everything she and Taylor have built. This first part of the Deceit duet by M. Piper was absolutely mesmerizing. I couldn't read fast enough and now I'm dying to read the next book! The characters and storyline were so well written I felt everything they did like I was right there with them. I will definitely be recommending this book to everyone and I can't wait to get my hands on the next book!

O M G! How could you leave us hanging like that? LOL! Of course, I won't give any spoilers, but I can say, your mind will run the gamut of "what is she hiding" during the first part of this duet. Could it be a child, a boyfriend, a husband, a girlfriend, and on and on. I can say when I finally found out, wow, I never would have imagined and I am dying to find out where the next book takes us in the story of Taylor and Blake. Taylor is an injured pitcher who is off to rehab and anger management following an incident during a game with a player on the other team. It is there that he meets Blake, and of course, the chemistry between the two is hot right from the start. But you know something is up by the little tidbits of information that the author puts in there like Blake appeared to have been crying, or she was heard arguing with her boss. Anyway, great book. Cliffhanger of course... I mean, hey, it is a duet. :)

Just wow. Be prepared to be sucked in and go what the heck M. Piper you can't leave it like that. What She Didn't Say is beyond fantastic. Taylor is an amazing guy. You just will fall for him. I mean how can you not hello hottie baseball player here. You feel sparks fly between Blake and Taylor from the very first meet. I love how much of a mystery Blake is throughout this read.You can just tell that she has secrets she just doesn't want to spill. Blake can't deny that pull she has with Taylor and as you get to know them both you'll see it too. I love Blake and Taylor together. Just wait until you read this one. I need book 2 like now. & understood his frustration with being hurt & unable to play.
Baseball is all he knows in life. Enter Blake, assigned to help
him work his way through some anger & emotional issues.
Blake & Taylor cannot resist the attraction between them. But as
with any game, the final inning can change on a dime. Never assume
you know how a game is going to end. One pitch, one curveball, and
suddenly the other team is winning....and you are left wondering
what.the.hell.happened....and Taylor is handed that in a huge way
with Blake...I cannot wait for Book 2!!

M. Piper has done it again... I can’t wait to read the second half of this story. I feel like I’m holding my breath and my heart is breaking. I’m barely hanging on. This is between Taylor and Blake and it seems they have a great love story, but what happens when an important part of the story is left out?. This is not the typical unrealistic billionaire love story and all is perfect. This story touches on mental health issues and I can’t wait to see how this all turns out. It’s refreshing to find a book that hits on realistic issues.

Blake and Taylor are strong characters that has instant attraction and chemistry but what she didn’t say is so much more than the title and the authors knows that we will be anxiously waiting for the finale because we want more so one click today.

Where do I even begin? Taylor most definitely has anger issues. But if he didn’t he would have never met Blake. They seem amazing together. She seems a bit more outgoing then what she leads on. And he seems a bit more reserved.

Ho-ly crap!! This is a unique storyline if I’ve ever seen one before! As I read this story I kept thinking...OK something is definitely going on with this story but what the heck could it be?!?! I formulated ideas of different scenarios but NOPE, not even close!!! This has one heck of a twist that I guarantee you won’t see coming at you like a sledgehammer to the face!! I can’t wait to see what happens in book 2!!!

I HATE cliffhangers! But…since I knew it was coming and I love this author so stinkin much, I’ll let it slide this once! Thank you for bringing us Blake and Taylor because I am already in love with them both individually and as a couple. Even the secondary characters are brought to life in this book, and I cannot wait for the conclusion! This book is mysterious as well as hot, and these characters are just made to fall in love with. Thank you M. Piper for once again giving us a grand slam!

OMG!!!! First off who doesn’t love baseball??!! I loved it!!! Blake and Taylor’s relationship is fun and silly and hot!!! It’s sad how much pressure and baggage he has but the end will totally blow your kind when you learn about Taylor’s baggage!!! Totally didn’t see it coming and makes you wanting more!!!! Can’t wait for the next book!!!

So far, this story is very interesting. I love the interaction between Taylor and Blake. I'm totally immersed into their journey and look forward to the second part of this duet.

In typical Piper fashion this book will have you all over the place with your feelings! It might be the off season in baseball but things are heating up between Taylor and Blake. This book ends off on a cliffhanger so I'm anxiously awaiting what will happen between these two!
