An interesting cookbook. Lots of intriguing recipes that are tasty and relatively simple to make. My only complaint is that most of the recipes with sweeteners used evaporated cane juice (aka cane sugar) and not the other sweeteners mentioned in the beginning of the book. They say they use honey, agave, maple syrup and stevia in the cuisine but saw so very little of this.

Has great pictures. I like the way the book presents the content. One chapter includes vegetarian entrees. A book that I am definitely going to recheck-out. I believe somebody is on hold for the copy, so I can not renew.
