Three Wishes

I have been an avid reader of romance novels since the age of 14 and know what appeals to me as reader. My goal is, and will always be, to provide that same experience for the women and men who read my novellas and short stories.
I’m a former Marine and served for 8 years, so strong military men will always be a favorite topic of mine. I will continue to write stories with military heroes’ front and center. I’m also a fan of Alpha-males and strong women who love with everything they have.

2.0⭐️ *(Edited review-rating the same 9/21/2022) This is a friends to lovers story. It was interesting, but could have been so much more. Typically, I rarely read friends who harbor romantic feelings for each other, but I decided to try this one anyway. While I am not sorry that I read it, I wish I had held off on it.
Frankly, I skipped a large portion of the book because it places very heavy emphasis on the erotic sex, but it’s extremely light on the story. Some balance would have been welcomed. I also hate miscommunication between the H/h that makes little sense and is totally unnecessary. Accordingly, in this story, Jordan (WM) and Leticia (BW) had each left unsaid that they had fallen in love with each other. Hence, for over 2 years, they saw each other practically every day. The lack of honesty between Jordan and Leticia and the level of miscommunication felt disingenuous--I just could not buy it. I guess it was necessary to advance the plot line 🤷🏽♀️.
Additionally, I found Jordan’s attitude to be very off-putting; he seems too overbearing and dictatorial, character traits that I do not find endearing. Furthermore, Jordan's menacing behavior toward men who talk to Leticia is obnoxious. But, what most astounds me is that Leticia put up little resistance when this behavior rears it's ugly head. I do credit her with calling him on his s**t on a few rare occasions (too few).
Overall, I think I may have liked this book had the characters been better fleshed out, had the premise been more realistic and had there been less sex and more story. My last comment is this— there were a few editing errors-annoying but not egregious. I have several books written by this author and I certainly hope they aren’t as disappointing.

Just okay
Jordan and Leticia were a cute couple who were BF and in love with one another. I didn't like Jordan too much because of his attitude. He talked about what he wanted to do to Leticia so much that when it came time to do the do I skipped over those scenes(no longer excited). I wish there was real competition for Leticia's attention.

True love never Dies
When Jordan Hunt met Leticia James, his world stopped. He never experienced the instantaneous attraction he felt till he first saw her walking down the Street and her interactions with a Homeless Guy, he is smitten..
He then follows her into a Coffeeshop, and became acquainted with her. And now thier best friends.
Fast forward Two years and the Attraction they felt before has became an INFERNO.
I wanted to smack Jordan for his Insensitivity. I mean who brings another woman to a Vacation with the girl he has been secretly crushing on. Plus she paided for the Vacay. And what's the kicker:
He get upset when others guys try to talk to her. Come on now.. Step up and be a Man.
If it wasn't for the three wishes of Leticia, would Jordan ever found a clue. SMDH
But he redeemed himself in fulfilling all of her Wishes. Even if he was an Ass when he saw her at the club interacting with someone other then him.
Jordan finally showed her his true feelings by doing all she wanted on her Three wishes.
Reana Malori brought this love story to life. We all wish someone would give us our Three wishes like Jordan did for Leticia. Thanks Reana for this short Christmas Story

I'm making a list and I'm checking it twice, I'll shall see if I'll be naughty or nice. This story has truly inspired me to write my own wishlist, the only question is can it be more than three wishes...hmmm. This story between Jordan and Leticia really drives home the lessons of communication and stepping out of your own way sometimes to get what you really need. We have Jordan who looking to make changes in his life, he's well accomplished and successful but feels his missing something he just needs to figure out what it is. Then here comes Leticia strolling down the street minding her own business right into Jordan's path. Leticia intrigues him immensely and he can't figure it out but he knows he can't let her getaway. They both become each other's best friends and both know what they want. Problem is will they brave enough to say to each other what they want before anymore time gets wasted. You'll have to read on to find out what exactly happens but trust me you definitely will not be disappointed. Another Great holiday book by Reana, she really knows how to pull you into a story. Highly recommend this book!!! Now I'm off to make my own list!

I absolutely love holiday romances so when I saw one of my favorite authors had written a Christmas story I had to read it ASAP! Reana didn't disappoint as she told us the story of Jordan and Leticia two people who came together by chance and couldn't let one another go. They both wanted so much more from their relationship than friendship but because of each person's perception of what the other person wanted or what they thought best for the other person they didn't act on it. However a man can only take so much and we see everything come to a very steamy boiling point! This was a great holiday read with alpha male hotness, a woman who can go toe to toe with him, and scenes that make your heart melt and will have you all smiles. Awesome read!!

Friends to lovers
Loved it! The best love is the one that is your best friend. Jordan was patient that he almost lost her. I like to think he was always meant to find the list. He needed to court her in the way that bespoke of the greatest Christmas love story. They had fun and pushed each other to finally show it and say it. Nothing sexier than a man fully claiming his woman. I really loved that they took time to know each other and for lust to turn to love before they claimed each other.
Never get tired of these types of friends to lovers stories when they are well written. Every character was fleshed out and no over the top drama. Loved that the parents and siblings let them figure it out.

Jordan Hunt felt that he has met the woman of his dreams when he first sees Leticia James. Something was seriously flawed with Jordan's thinking in his attempt to show Leticia that he is the man for her. Leticia kept her feeling to herself until she wrote down her three wishes and Jordan found the list. Yet, instead of acting on it, he makes yet another decision that impacts their relationship. Another good read by Reana Malori, that Jordan is something else, but he showed is true alpha when push began to shove and he did not like what was happening before his eyes. My favorite part of the book when Jordan finally got it right.

great read
I love friends to lovers stories and this is definitely one of those. Leticia and Jordan have been friends for two years. They were both very attracted to each other immediately but stayed just friends for different reasons. How Jordan reacted to Leticia talking to other men I knew he had feelings from her but she had a blind spot to him because of how women threw themselves at him. Reading them realize how they really felt about each other was sweet and when they finally got together there was lots of heat!

After a chance encounter two years prior Jordan and Leticia are the best of friends, only Jordan wants much more. Jordan is at his whits end when he comes across Leticia's Three Wishes list and he sets out to fulfill them all before the holiday season ends and to show her he is the only man for her. I loved the edge the Jordan has in the book (potty mouth) and Leticia didn't know what hit her. Great holiday read.

Great XMas Story
I loved Three Wishes. I know that I’ll get a great read from this author. Jordan was hot! Strong, Alpha and just a touch of sweet. I enjoyed reading how the author gave Letitia a strong work ethic. It’s important to see those strengths shine through to make the characters whole! It was a short but packed full of goodness!

Wishlist love!
This is my first read from this author but it wont be my last. I thoroughly enjoyed this story. Jordan is a dream come true trying to prove his self worthy of Leticia. Leticia is a strong woman in love with her best friend but doesn't know its mutual. Great book highly recommended

Sweet story
I enjoy the friends become lovers stories. The history and relationship is already is built. They were a cute couple. I liked how he made her list and her dreams come true. I also enjoy holiday romances. I am a regular reader of Ms. Malori 's stories; she has enjoyable characters.

This was such a sweet, no I take that back...smoking hot read. I absolutely loved Jordan. His dominance had me swooning. I could have continue reading about these two. And I'm so glad that Leticia got out of her own way and let him love her like she wanted and needed him to.

Fantastic Book

Good read
I’m not one for holidays novellas but this one was good. Well written, a good length with relatable h and H. I particularly like the Hero. He was a strong character with just enough questionable judgment to make him interesting.

Nice read
This was a nice read, even though some of the dialogue was a little cheesy. Leticia and Jordan were a typical friends to lover story, except she was a little too forgiving about Meghan. Overall a nice read.

Great read with fantastic love scenes!
This is my first time reading this author, but it definitely won't be my last. I've read hundreds upon hundreds of romance novels from all genres, but the love scenes in this book rank right at the top. Great job!

Enjoyed this book immensely, well written lovely story telling. Two very strong characters that were down to earth. A well paced romance for the season. Look forward to reading more of this author's work.

Friends to lovers, after knowing each other for two years but was afraid to tell each other how they felt. The female character made three wishes and the male character had to find out how to make her wishes come true. 3.5 stars.

Wonderful story with plenty of steam

I felt the hero was too dominant. I'm afraid of their future marriage. Anyways for friend to lovers theme I think its an okay read. 3.5 stars for me.
