-Algunas visiones cuya vigencia actual resulta notable, junto a otras que el tiempo parece desmentir.-

Género. Ensayo.

Interesting read. Marxist approach on laws (in a capitalist society) but the author takes it to the level of all forms of society. No laws meant to punish. I like the idea of this but how will we protect the rights of equality that we establish post revolution from those who wish to take them away?
Kropotkin states reformation but can this not only go so far? Plus without a socialist set of laws how will we know what is considered a true crime? A good starting point to this theory but I’d like to see it expanded more, both in the traditional Marxist sense and in Kropotkin’s anarchist views

Kropotkin's Law and Authority is a classic statement of anarchist thought. The text is fairly easy to read (contrasted to Bakunin, for example) and the argument is laid out in just a number of pages for easy digestion. Moreover, Kropotkin's argument is hard to argue against despite it being so simple.

I like the idea, but I don't know.... in reality it's not very convincing.
