The following review is based off my own opinions, thoughts and reactions. Please be respectful. Thank you!

I absolutely adored this book! It's definitely a cute children's book! I think the most part I really enjoyed was the artwork. The illustrations were so vibrant and colorful, it really paired well with how the story was written. Not to mention that on some pages the writing style different to keep the readers entertained instead of the same stationary way of writing. So that was unique thing to add into this book. One think I felt was a bit off or fell flat for me was the ending. It didn't feel like the ending was well executed or explained. It took me five minutes to register what the author did for the ending because there's no wording or anything that really states how the book ended. While this is a children's book, I do feel like the ending should have been done better just because I don't think many readers, even children, will pick up on the ending without someone explaining to them what happened.

All in all, I really liked this book. The story itself was whimsical and very flowing. The artwork was very beautiful with colors to match the overall vibe on the book. I definitely recommend this as a morning read or afternoon read instead of a bedtime read just due to the atmosphere the book gives off and it could get children excited for trips or adventuring instead of going to sleep. Overall, this book was well executed, excluding the ending which I do think could have been done better. Four out of five star rating for sure though!

We are so proud of you for reading Little Bear's Big Adventure! You learned something beautiful - that when we love someone, we want to do nice things for them, just like Little Bear wanted to surprise his mama. You also learned that it's okay to ask for help when trying to do something special. You can show your love every day by helping others and being kind. Keep reading, sweetheart. You're doing amazing!

The book didn’t have a good overall storyline. Felt very forced and not relatable. It was weird to try to visualize the relationship between a child and the child’s mother through this book. It wasn’t possible.

Wouldn’t suggest this book unfortunately.

Very cute story. Best part was when my baby sis and the bear had the same favourite dessert, very exciting!

IRA Book:

I recommend this book to anyone who is a beginner at reading. The reading level is easy and easy to follow the story. This book has great detailed, bright pictures on each page describing the story. The text is big and expresses exactly what the character is feeling. It is a cute picture book with a great valuable lesson inside. I recommend this book to Kindergarten teachers for their classroom.
