Gorgeous cover, but that guy looks nothing like the hero described in the book. Given said that, you will definitely laugh out loud with Poppy and Finn’s love story. When these two meet, it’s not in a conventional manner. It’s as guests on a talk show. Finn photographs beautiful women for magazines. And, Poppy designs safe and natural beauty products and vlogs about her findings. These two aren’t best of friends after the talk show is over. In fact, they pretty much can’t stand each other. But, it’s Finn’s pursuit that can’t seem to stop Poppy from thinking about him relentlessly. Do they have a chance? Will they trust in each other? I was definitely entertained by Ms. Pratt’s writing. Comical. Some drama. More than what I was expecting. And, the romance. This is my second read of Ms. Pratt’s, and it won’t be my last...

Finn is a famous lingerie photographer and used to being surrounded by beautiful women all the time. Poppy does a a popular internet blog about make-up and is also a plus sized model. When Finn and Poppy meet Finn falls hard but can he convince Poppy that they would be good together? Fast-paced read with loads of drama. Poppy is a lot of fun; the chemistry is steamy and the story entertaining. I really liked it.

I DO NOT USUALLY TYPE REVIEWS IN CAPITAL LETTERS SO I BEG YOUR FORGIVENESS. I AM JUST TRYING TO GET YOUR ATTENTION. OK, HERE IT GOES...
I am an avid reader of romance and read consistently every single day. Have I read Ms. Pratt prior? Yes. Have I recommended her books? Absolutely. I do not know what drives a person to become an Author, however, I, personally feel she is a gift to reader's everywhere. Even though we read to 'escape' from our everyday life, and yes, we know that storylines are created for enjoyment as are characters, these Authors have found a platform to reach people. Within Take Me, you aren't disappointed in anyway, shape or form, this release is a powerful read. However, what I never expected was to be reading and feel so many of the words in my heart. 100% Truth. Ms. Pratt, to address societies 'standards' and blow them out of the water by just addressing owning oneself, big or small, was amazing. To speak with heartfelt sincerity, through your words, about addiction, just wonderful. Take Me should win awards with its sheer beauty. They say, if you can touch one person's life... please know, you have touched my heart and soul. Thank you.

I enjoyed this book about a plus size woman Poppy Reeves loving her curves and not letting people tell her that she is fat, Finn Maguire is a top photographer for Regency magazine and Be You as well and he is sick and tired of taking pictures of skinny fake women. By chance these two meet and must now work together on a photo shoot together in the Caribbean Poppy doing the makeup and vlogs her whole trip away and Finn not happy about another boring lingerie photo shoot but do the sparks fly between Finn and Poppy hell yeh but one model on the shoot is not happy about them being together at all because she wants Finn for herself and fights dirty telling poppy she is fat and ugly and threatens Finns job if they continue seeing each other. How does it all turn out? Read this book to find out. I voluntarily reviewed and arc copy of this book for an honest review.

A well written story with nice story line and plot. I like that it is written in dual POV which gives the reader much more of the thoughts and feelings of the main characters and thereby brings the story closer and makes it more realistic.
A heartwarm very emotional and captivating story that is worth the read. It is very enjoyable and I like that it has an epilogue.
A couple where the main characters have a lot thrown at them on their journey towards their HEA.

I loved this story! I loved the characters of Finn and Poppy, and I was rooting for them from the very start. There were a couple of times that I wanted to smack them both upside their heads, but they pulled themselves together. I also love that Poppy was a plus sized girl and that Finn, while still smoking hot, still had a different look than most of these guys. Excellent read. Give it a shot. You won't be disappointed.

Entertaining
I liked Poppy and Finn and their dynamics. They had a chemistry that drew them to each other. She’s been called fat, and still a virgin at 23, and he’s been a photographer snapping pics of the tall sleek models and developing a reputation as something of a manwhore. I really wanted to like this book, and I did for the most part, but the story line just kind of petered out in the end. It was still a sweet read but this just covered a few too much subject matters to hold my interest.

Great sweet some steamy book but I love this story it gives us bigger gals confidents. She so sweet and tries to see the good in everything which is refreshing. He’s a guy who’s just living not doing anything meaningful but spending time with her he realizes he wants more but his demons keep getting in the way and a bitch drugged jealous model. I totally recommend this book. #BBW #Bookaholic #Funny

UNTOUCHABLE!!!
I've often professed I'd rather work with 200 men than one woman. Women can be vicious, backstabbers, self-centered, hateful, jealous, selfish, egotistical, just downright look for things to make others look stupid and worthless. This is just one example. More than that it shows one of the purest hearts you can find. The connection between the two main characters is a sizzling, slow burn in point believable. Wonderfully written with a strong storyline and engaging plot. All the twists and turns, bumps and bleeps that really pulls this magnificent read together beautifully. Lulu did a fantastic job bringing this read to life flawlessly. Great job Lulu, thanks for sharing.

Great love story! Poppy has her own you tube channel for her makeup tips and fashion and is thrilled to get to work for a fashion magazine, until she meets the smoking hot photographer Finn. All of her insecurities surface when they have to go on site on an island for a documentary and sweatsuit shoot. They each have their baggage, but they soon can't resist the chemistry between them. This has some drama, some twists and at heart a great love story!

Lulu did it again with this new story. I absolutely loved it. Especially Poppy being a plus size woman who finds herself a sexy alpha Finn. Their story was cute and funny to read. Really enjoyed this one.

This is a fun and entertaining romance read. The storyline is well-written, steamy, with some drama especially from a hateful model. The characters are defined in their portrayals and relatable. I enjoyed this entertaining fare. I voluntarily read an ARC and this is my honest review.

Unusual and so very wonderful, I thoroughly enjoyed Finn and Poppy. From the most conventional to the most extraordinary, both end up better people having gone through all the bumps along the way. Great plot and characters we can fall in love with. Highly recommend for sure. This is a voluntary review of an advance reader copy.

Poppy is a plus sized vlogger she’s been contacted by a New York magazine they want her to do a feature on a talk show for them and she jumps at the chance. Finn is an Irish photographer he takes photos of skinny lingerie models and he’s getting bored with them, he’s a playboy but once he see’s a nearly naked Poppy he leaves his playboy days behind him. But Poppy is mad at Finn for walking in on her she thinks that he’s a jerk but Finn only has eyes for Poppy, a supermodel is jealous and she is such an evil woman she’s beautiful on the outside but there’s nothing on the inside, but Finn isn’t interested he can’t keep his eyes off Poppy and he has to prove to her that she’s the only one he wants. Another hit by Lulu Pratt and I absolutely loved this story big girls have feelings too!. A fantastic story a 5 plus ⭐️ read and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

Take Me is about the sweet and sexy story between Finn, a well known lingerie photographer and Poppy, a plus size model with online makeup vlog. When the two meet, there’s a spark but too much past baggage smothers the spark. But what ensues to get the HEA is a page turning read. This story is well paced and has drama, comedy and of course, romance. I received this book for a voluntary, completely honest and non incentivized review.

Good story, just not for me.
To me, it seemed like too many life lessons or points were trying to be made here and not enough connection and romance. This could have been cute and hot, with the worldly bad boy and naive country Christian girl. Unfortunately, to me, her preachy and slightly judgemental and at times, unrealistic expectations overshadowed the story. Then his storyline went right along with the issues happening today, which was fine, but then he finds out something and has his own fit. That just seemed thrown in for the heck of it. All in all, not enough of a connection between them to warrant such expectations and for her, such life changing decisions in the span of two days.

This book had some great things going for it, but overall left me feeling frustrated at times and then just blah.
Pros:
Love a book with a confident, curvy plus sized woman.
Brought up something very important about harassment.
The scene that Finn set before he and Poppy become intimate. That was perfection!
The epilogue was fantastic.
Cons:
Poppy is confident until someone starts calling her names, then she starts to cry.
Poppy’s faith almost feels like another character. Sometimes is comes off preachy. And then she just decides to lose her virginity pretty suddenly.
