All good reminders for someone who has done a few triathlons. This is the first official “training book” I’ve read since picking up triathlons 5 years ago. The parts that were most helpful for me were proper form on the Swim, Bike, and Run. The other sections like nutrition and training were things that weren’t really new to me but would have been if I were completely new to the sport again.

Well organized book covering fundamentals really well, I learned a lot as a newbie. Sample programs included for each distance. Would be great to include more injury treatment and modifications, but I've seen that comprehensively discussed in other books, so probably just a matter of focus.
