MY THOUGHTS:
Wow! KE Osborn has once again delivered the goods. This is the third book in the Series this time following Trax and Mylee (Sparx) story.
What I love about KE Osborn’s writing is that each book within the same series is uniquely different. She adds something to her characters that defines them individually but cleverly entwines them into the existing MC world she has created.
Trax and Mylee’s story was not an easy one, they had so much to overcome but I admired how they were so intensely devoted and in love with one another. Both willing to work through their obstacles to get their HEA in the end, which I might add was so crazy sweet and such a fitting ending after all they had been through.
The usual sparks of MC action were littered throughout the story and new elements of tensions are added where you least expect them.
Sensitive topics like mental health issues are difficult to read about but the reality of it is that is a big part of our lives and today’s society. Let’s face it we all know someone who has a mental illness or has been affected by it in some way. KE Osborn was able to capture multiple perspectives of the effects Bi polar disease throughout her story. We hear Mylee’s inner emotions and turmoil through a direct reflection of a Bi Polar sufferer. How she feels, copes and handles the disease first hand. Then we see an outside perspective through Trax’s experience, where he has to cope with a loved one suffering from it. We hear of his feelings of helplessness, protectiveness and constant need to understand the disease so they can better support Mylee. Incorporated throughout the story we also see a friends & family’s perspective through Torque, her father Kline and some of the MC members. It has been very well research and very respectfully delivered.
I am completely hooked on this series and cannot wait till December when we get the next instalment.Sufferance

This book is an amazing follow up to Resistance and Penance books 1 and 2 of the Chicago Defiance MC Series.
KE has not let us down with her realistic language and fast paced action, making this an absolute page turner.....good luck putting it down!!
Trax and Mylee have been apart for sometime, now she's back but she needs a favour and Trax has some serious difficulty tempering his demons.
There are multiple reasons why this shouldn't work, opposing clubs, a not to mention a corrupt politician trying his best to ruin their lives. The odds are stacked against them.
They got one hell of a fight on their hands if this is to go anywhere.
If you liked the first 2 books you will love this follow up.
Can not wait for book 4 of this series.

✯✯5 Sparx Filled Stars!!!✯✯
Hail KE Osborn!!! I’ve been waiting since the beginning of Resistance for Trax story. It was worth the wait!!! At the end of Penance I knew we were in for it with Trax’s story but wow.
Trax doesn’t even recognize the person in the mirror since she left. He wanted to love, claim and most importantly take care of Mylee. But, she left and cut him off. And, he hasn’t been the same since. When she shows back up after being gone for 2yrs the first thing Trax sees is anger.
Mylee loves Trax and always has that’s never changed. When Mylee was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, anxiety she left Trax. She wanted to not bring him down and also to work on herself and how to live with her disorders.
But, while doing that Mylee came across some people that weren’t wrapped tight and others only worried about themselves. Her life’s at danger. Her father the clubs president brings her to the one person they both know loves her and will protect her. Trax....
These two are so perfect together. They’re both battling their own inner demons. And, they own the battles they’re dealing with. These two do so much better when they’re together. They calm the darkness in each other. They’ll take bullets for each other. As long as they have one another they’re at peace.
I don’t wanna say to much about Trax and Mylee’s story. I will tell you since my life altering car accident I get panic attacks. They hit me at random times and most people don’t understand them. KE Osborn hit Mylee’s inner dialogue/feelings during an episode exactly how it happens to me.
I was glad the guys of The Chicago Defiance MC were back in full force. Even though Defiance has squashed drama with The Andretti’s they’re not gone from their world. I was super glad Trax and Torque’s relationship mended in this book. I’m also keeping my fingers crossed we get more of Mylee’s dad Crest and his MC. What can I say other then I’m a sucker for the guys of an MC lol.

The books of The Chicago Defiance MC just keep getting better and better! Dear Lord!! Each time I read one, I’m like this is the best MC Romance ever!! But then KE comes along and writes the next one and blows it away.
OK..so Trax is a broken man, he’s so full of anger and violence. We’ve seen this in the last two books. But we never knew the true reason why. Well now we get Trax’s story. Trax had a piece of his heart go missing. She left, disappeared and didn’t come back. Two years have gone by. Now Mylee has returned to Defiance.
Trax and Mylee’s (Sparx) story is not your typical second chance romance. The issues these complex characters have to deal with are heavy. But it so beautiful how they come together and are actually exactly what the other one needs. As Trax says:
"They say that deviance is an absence of conformity to the normal. If you look at me, I was a deviant without Sparx. A vigilante, a man out for vengeance. Sparx, she too was seen as someone not of the ‘norm,’ someone outcast from the social acceptance of the world. So when we deviated toward each other, the things that made us which were frowned upon by others is what actually brought us together."
I feel as though I could go on and on with this review. KE really outdid herself when she broached the topic of bipolar disorder, of anxiety/panic attacks, and the many phobias and negative thinking that come along with these conditions. There was one point where Mylee (Sparx) was having a panic attack, and being someone who has them, I was right there with her. KE explained the feelings so well. But she also did a really nice job showing how people with bipolar disorder, and other depressive disorders, with the right help and support can go on to lead normal lives. They’ll always have to be aware of their moods and in touch with how they’re feeling and what to do. But it doesn’t mean their life is over. This was a very emotional, but important subject for me, because my sister died a couple years ago from years of living untreated for bipolar. I just had to mention how great I thought KE Osborn handled this. Especially considering there are times when authors don’t do there research.
This book was so emotional, so passionate, so heartwarming, it was great seeing the family unit in the club, the brotherhood, there was suspense and I felt a little sad when it ended. That is...until I turned the page and saw the title and summary for book 4!!! I can’t wait for that one!!!

What an absolutely amazing addition to the Chicago Defiance MC series. Lord have mercy can K.E. Osborn tell a story. This is book 3 in the series and just like the first two it’s so well written and unique from the first two that it’s like starting fresh with each book. The only thing is we now know the characters a lot better since we are into book 3. I must admit I have been waiting for Trax’s story since book one, as this bada$$ biker has some serious issues that cause him to be out of control quite often. Ms. Osborn did not disappoint me with his story. It’s full of action and for a lack of a better phrase, soul searching, in hopes of coming out on top instead of continuing to spiral downward. Something both Trax and Mylee are dealing with.
Trax and Mylee were crazy for each other, until the day she upped and walked out of his life, ripping his heart out and damning his soul. Trax turned into a ruthless, out of control guy that often causes havoc within his MC. Two years after Mylee left is basically where our story begins, Mylee is back seeking protection from Trax and his MC brothers. But can Trax protect the one person who hurt him the most and turned him into the monster he’s become? Once he hears her story, can he let the past go long enough to help rid her of the threat out to get her?
Mylee and Trax both have issues to deal with, issues that affect a lot of people in real life. Ms. Osborn did an amazing job of telling their unique stories and making them a very effective part of the series for which I say to her, Kudos for a job well done. Deviance is the third addition to the Chicago Defiance MC series, and features Trax and Mylee. This title is a raw and gritty story that is both poignant and emotional.
Trax is incredibly complex, and enigmatic. He is an alpha to the core, but oozes danger with his dark, dangerous, brutal, and angry persona and is completely loyal to the Chicago Defiance MC. He's quite bitter about the way his relationship with Mylee ended the first time, but is helpless to resist his feelings and their intense connection. Trax is completely devoted and incredibly protective and loving when it comes to Mylee. Whilst he shares his softer side with Mylee he has a darker side too.
Mylee is a battler, she's incredibly resilient, despite her inner turmoil. She's very likeable, yet quite different from the previous heroines of this series.
There is quite a few things standing in the way of Mylee and Trax finding happiness, including club politics, an obsessive stalker, and their own complicated past just to name a few. I found myself completely enthralled with this second chance romance and captivated by the various twists and turns.
I've enjoyed each title of this series, and love that although each couple is quite unique the previous characters stories continue to grow and develop with additional titles. The heroes and heroines from both Resistance and Penance were quite prevalent within this title. I will be eagerly awaiting the next addition to this series.

October 26, 2018Trax is a broken man. You don't really understand why until you read this book and then you fall in love with him. I didn't really like him in the the other books. He was too brash and out to put the hurt on others; although they might deserve it. It wasn't the smart or level headed idea. He just seems like a monster, out for the kill. But there is more to Trax that meets the eye. He is hurting all because she left him. Mylee left because she felt she was doing what was best for everyone. She was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder and she was trying to save Trax the pain of her ups and down. But little did she know her leaving broke him the most! Now she in trouble and needs his help. Trax is the only person who can keep her safe. Can Trax let her back in his heart and can they mend what they had before? Love is great but it can also break you into pieces. Can Mylee mend Trax heart or will she shatter it beyond repair?
I read all the books in the series together before reading this one. I loved this one and I wasn't sure I would love Trax's book. But I was wrong, this book shows the inner workings of Trax. As a reader, You get to see what broke him and his true feelings and his demons. I really love Duo POVS because they show both characters and give more depth to the story. I love these two together and I truly feel for them. There is a lot of talk about mental illness but I also think that makes this story even more interesting. I loved it. Kim Knocked it out of the park!! Loved it !! Please go check out this whole series.. Love me some biker men!

One of the biggest reasons that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE KE Osborn's writing is her ability to write a story about characters who find themselves with issues that happen in every day life. And this is what she did with Deviance, with is Mylee & Trax's story. They were each other's everything, when Mylee got diagnosed with bipolar disorder, so she left him because she didn't want him to suffer with her. He never understood why she did that, so he never got over the anger about it all. So 2 years later when her father needed his MC to watch over her, boy was he acting like a douche. But when you're someone else's person, you can't help but to gravitate to each other no matter how hard you try not to. In the midst of all these feelings being sorted out, there's an insane man after Mylee. So you see, there's all kind of crazy goodness to this story which came off so emotional for me. The way that Ms. Osborn wrote Mylee's disorder came off 100% realistic, not to mention very painful. Then her brilliance really shone as she wrote the loved ones emotions as well. Twists came out nowhere so f-bombs could be dropped, an amazing cast of secondaries who provided some humor despite all the chaos, excitement & action galore, and finally, the hotness factor! Yeah these two lit the sheets on fire! So anyway, I'm in love with this series, and HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!

Can Trax and Mylee be under the same MC roof again and be friends ?? For the sake of the Chicago Defiance .. I hope they BOTh can survive or they will have to answer to BOTH Presidents .. Crest from the Notorious Knights and Torque .. Trax blood bother.
When she left 2 years ago .. his heart felt like it was ripped out of his body BUT when she comes back he knows it is still there beating up a storm for her ! Will the storm be good for him or will she shatter it in pieces again when and .. if she leaves ??
Mylee thought she was doing the right thing by leave 2 years ago but when she sees Trax for the 1st time in 2 years she knows she made a mistake .. Can she make up for the years or will her illness and her story be to much for him to handle .. i say NOT !!
When life throws these two back together broken hearts, sadness and mental disorders can’t keep there feelings at bay .. they try to just be friends but the love these two have for each other is magical and they will do everything they can to keep there love alive !!
There ups and downs .. ins and outs will have your HEART racing just as much as there’s was !! Loved every page of words that you won’t be able to get enough of ! Can wait for MORE !!

Intense, electrifying, sexy, second-chance romance. The Chicago Defiance MC family always takes me on an incredible journey. This is a family that will do whatever it takes to protect their own. Trax has been an interesting character, very intense and oftentimes making me uncomfortable with the choices he makes. When Mylee returns to their MC needing protection, we start to learn what pushed Trax into his unpredictable ways. Mylee left Trax 2 years ago and broke his heart as she sought treatment for her bi-polar disorder. Trax knows he will do anything to protect her but can he trust her with his heart again? Mylee never stopped loving Trax but her illness scares her, she feels she is in a better place, can she get Trax to trust her again? Or will the person obsessed with Mylee get to her first? Each brother’s story takes me on that crazy, emotional roller-coaster that always has me guessing. I love that the entire club is involved in the stories allowing me to experience how past couples are moving forward with their lives together. I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.

Even though I think some parts were dragged out too much, I still loved the book. I will warn there is a lot to do with mental health issues. If this affects you in a negative way you may not want to read but it does show how a woman learns not to let a disorder run her life.
Trax is the VP of the club and this is his book along with Mylee's. Mylee is Trax ex girlfriend. She left him when she got her diagnosis of bipolar disorder. It's been two years since they broke up. Trax hasn't been the same. He is going down a path of bloodlust. Can't control his anger.
Mylee met a man while in a mental health hospital who latched on to her. He became obsessed with her. She stayed away as much as possible but even when she left the hospital he was still looking for her. Her father sends her to the Defiance MC for protection. They owe him a favor so this is it.
What is going to happen with Trax and Mylee? Is this going to make his bloodlust worse and how is Mylee going to handle being around her ex?

When Mylee walked away and the shock of that made Trax what is is today. However when she renters his life under threat he is the only one who can protect her even if it means that they all find out why she left. This story is going to be a wild ride which will also be a perfect example of Defiance.
This was a great story which had so much drama, twists and turns that it almost made you a little dizzy with it all. It was also a master class in politics and handling it whether within a MC or anything else (our politicians could learn a thing or two). I loved the way this was yet another story in the series featuring another couple navigating the choppy seas of love and coming out the other side which was completely different to the other ones. This was clearly written and easy to understand while still capturing my attention and getting me hooked. Definitely an enjoyable read that is worth your investment in both money and time.

Sometimes you dive into a book not realizing that it will occupy your thoughts like no other, it will bury itself under your skin along with the characters that you will fall in love with. Deviance was a book that I thought I would like because I have enjoyed the series so far, but I never expected to fall in love with Trax and Mylee's story like I did. Two people with pasts that are connected, two souls haunted by demons and an undeniable connection that will never sever, no matter how long they have been apart. I finally could read this series and OMG Ms Osborn you’re wicked!

Ms Osborn can write for sure, and I’ve been her stalker for a little bit.
Can Trax & Mylee not kill other under the same roof? The heat still there and you have to read to check with your own eyes!

KE Osborn has once again delivered the goods. This is the third book in the Series this time following Trax and Mylee story. Chicago Defiance MC Series has not let us down with her realistic language and fast paced action, making this an absolute page turner. Trax is a broken man, he’s so full of anger and violence and now we know the who story. Trax had a piece of his heart go missing when she left him 2 years ago. Now Mylee has returned to Defiance and it has Trax no knowing what to do with his feelings. Mylee dosen’t know if her heart can take being back. But it’s all about 2nd chance at love will these two make it out on the other side. Will Trax keep Mylee safe while keeping his heart safe? Can Mylee break down the walls to they both have up to be happy?

Deviance is a nailbiting pageturner that kept me at the edge of my seat from the start till the end. I greatly enjoyed reading this raw and gritty read and give 4,5 stars.

I wasn’t sure which path Trax was going to take moving forward. After reading the previous books the reader knew that there was going to be a moment when he was going to have to make a decision which way his future was going to go. The return of Mylee into his world forced the change, we learnt as to why Mylee left and the impact the return to him had on her life as well. Congratulations to Ms Osborn for the manner in which she chose to treat the issue of mental illness – it was handled with dignity and lead the reader sympathetically through the challenges those suffering and their families have to deal with on a daily basis – bravo! It is at times hard to read but so worth it in the end. I look forward to more of the Chicago Defiance MC.

I have been enjoying this series since book one but this one is now my new favorite of them all. What an impressive and respectful way to highlight mental disorders that lots of people are ostracized for. He has anger issues as well as inner demons that need constrained while she has to deal with bipolar issues all while dealing with their past as well. Her struggle is very well written highlighting what they can go through while dealing with this issue and the long term effects it can have. Add in a crazy bad guy to the mix and I swear you won't put this book down. MC drama, romance, steam, alpha males, danger, and so much more all in one awesome book. If you like MC you have to read this one. I loved it so I give it 5/5 stars.

Boy was I excited to get into this one since I really like this series with also the way this author writes it. She has the ability to use her characters as the instrument that takes you into this world leaving the one your in behind. In this one it is Trax and Mylee with it also being another chance for them even if at first it might seem otherwise. Drama also comes riding with this one in the form of a psyco which will tickle the thrill for reading. Issues are also laid out about Mylee that pulls you to the edge in compassion too. All in all another one to devour from this series that satisfies to the fullest.

At first I thought this book was a little slow compared to the first two. But as I read on I understood. Yes I completely agree that it was essential that we knew about Mylee and Trax’s past and her condition. But I mean the Yakuza was defeated and all was good with Enzo, so when Mylee was dropped out with a stalker I was a little intrigued as to where this would go in connection with everything else. I was not disappointed!!!!! I really had to re-read the section twice when Malcom was explaining everything to Trax and Mylee, how he was connected. Mind blown! I cannot wait to see where the next book takes us.

This is the third book in this phenomenal series, and is Trax and Mylee’s story. In the previous novels Trax is becoming more and more dark, angry and a broken man, and now we are told why. After two years of being apart due to circumstances, Mylee is back, with danger hot on her heels. This is a beautifully written flawless story, which is heartbreaking and emotional, and I was totally intrigued and captivated throughout this addictive page turner. This talented author gives her heart and soul into each and every character, and I cannot wait to read more in this brilliant series, which I highly recommend for all readers.

Trax and Mylee have a past. A past that ended on Mylee's terms. Two years have passed and Mylee is pushed back into Trax's life. Trax has always loved Mylee but never knew why she left. The truth comes out and she now needs protection. Like every other book I've read of KE's, she takes your mind and heart on a roller coaster. This is a HEA for Trax and Mylee, but of course KE has something up her sleeve for the next couple!

This was a good book but I didn’t have the same feels as the previous books in the series. It was a slow start for me but I eventually loved it.
It actually took a bit for me to like Mylee, After chapter 11 she started to grow on me. Oh damn Trax my heart hurt in the beginning for him.
Half way through the book I started to fall in love with both characters and I was seriously glued to my iPad!! Although It was a rough start it was a really good read.

Love this series and everything this author writes!!! Trax and Mylee’s story is an emotional roller coaster ride. These characters deal with real issues and their love is tested in real life ways. This book is a must read for anyone who loves the MC world but even if you don’t, you would be doing yourself a disservice if you pass it up!!! Love how this author’s characters come to live and are so real!!! Can’t wait for the next book in this series!!!!

Loved getting to read Trax & Sparx full story. They go through hell! This book also touches on mental disorders those are hard to write about or even talk about. K. E. Osborn did one hell of a job on capturing just how this one works. (At least to me). I can’t wait to see what else the Defiance MC boys have for us!

Trax and Mylee....they were together until she left. Now she is back and needs his help. She is in danger. Can he protect her with the help of the MC without involving his heart? I enjoyed as Trax and Mylee both realized what they needed for their HEA. How Trax was with his brothers of the club and Mylee with her Dad and the love they shared made this story extra special.
