Sooooooooooooo, not gonna lie. This book was NOT what I was thinking it was going to be. The girl is NOT banging her father, but her step-father. So that takes a little off of that. But the entire premise is something that was wild. The MC ends up banging her step-dad by "accident" because he was drunk and passed out and thought that he was going after her mother. The daughter is pretty mad atm because her "boyfriend" was banging another of the girls in her sorority, so because of this she was hot and bothered so while she was steaming about that, the dad in a drunken slumber "accidentally" starts to fondle and caress the step-daughter when led to her riding him like a run-away horse and then cleaning up the mess afterwards. So, there is that. If stuff like that turns you off, stay away from this book.

I truly love miss Nichols stories she is dirty and unrepentant. That said this is her first book and there are some mistakes but still it's a very good and quick read

Alexa Nichols to me is one of the most confusing erotic fantasy writers I have ever read. I never know what I am going to get with her work. Most erotic authors keep in their genre. They may go outside of it a little bit but for the most part, you know what you are going to get. I never know what I am going to get when I read Alexa Nichols. I don't know if that is a compliment or something negative and that is also one of the problems. Most of the time I have a hard time figuring out the goal of the story. Usually erotic fiction is pretty simple. It is written to turn the reader on. Maybe explore their kinks a little, maybe figure out the things you don't like. Half the time with this author I don't know what message she is trying to send. On one hand she wrote a great story that I could not stop thinking about even years later named Paying his debts. Then there is some of her other work where I have to ask myself what was the purpose of writing these stories. Sometimes I feel the author is writing these stories as a tongue and cheek way of getting people not to read erotica. Almost like a father who catches his son smoking and then making him smoke a whole pack of cigarettes. Usually erotica is a very simple genre. After reading this authors stories I come away a little turned on, a little confused, a little disturbed and I often question what I have just read. Sort of like this story. It is a pretty straight forward stepfather erotica except it isn't. There are questions about consent on both sides Stepdad gets drunk and falls asleep but has a sleepwalking experience. Well not really a sleepwalking experience but a sleep - sucking, groping and f**king experience. The daughter goes from trying to be nice and explain she is not his wife to the deer in the headlights paralyzed I can't move what is happening moment. Then onto the OMG this feels so good moment to finally, I really want his big D. He was doing things to her that she didn't really consent to, and towards the end she was doing things to him that HE didn't consent to being drunk and pretty much asleep. The way the story was written was also a little weird. If the goal of the author was to get the reader turned on she should have written it a different way. The story was told from the daughter POV after the fact as she is writing in her diary. Every time there is a little bit of action and things might get steamy there is an interruption in the present time taking us away from her recollection so she can deal with an asshole BF, a girl she hates, and her sister. So again I ask myself what is the authors goal with writing it this way. Is she trying to turn me on, confuse me, tease me, make me feel uncomfortable. I really would prefer if she only focused on doing one of those things at a time because I walked away from this story like I have a lot of her others. I asked myself what happened and I don't know how I feel.

Well written

For a short story, and judging from the other reviews, I didn't expect to get pulled into the story so quickly. I really like the author's style of writing.
