This was a must-grab from the library, as the dog in this story shares a name with our very destructive puppy! My kids loved comparing behavior between her and our Max, and I’m hoping that they’ll get the not-so-subtle hint about playing with him more to reduce tears from chewed up socks and toys. Time will tell, I guess.

This is a cute book for the kid who always hears the word "no!" It ends with the people realizing that they have a part in the outcome as well, and when they step up good things happen. It's easy to read for Kindergartners and first graders too.
