This is one of a number of books that I tend to reread every year around Easter - often as part of my Easter Vigil experience. It can be a quick read, or one you dip into as needed as some of the Psalms are specially geared to different times throughout the year. This 1987 copy is listed as a first edition and copyright is held by the estate of Joe Bayly. It had me wondering if some of these Psalms might have been written by him as he faced death. One psalm deals with his pain after the death of his son. They all deal with his faith, including his doubts and hopes. It's definitely a keeper on my shelves.
