I borrowed it as soon as I could from my local library. Not a glossy visual type of cookbook nevertheless packed with many unique recipes, logically and clearly presented. The ingredients may or may not be familiar, more so to vegans and vegetarians, but with the abundance of different types of mushrooms available these days in grocery stores, should be available without too much hardship. You can also use creative substitutions which I often do using cookbook recipes as a starting point to my own creations. So far I tried a few, my favourite being Loaded Mushroom Sweet Potato Toast, that resulted in delicious and pretty dish worthy of any tapas restaurant. I can’t wait to try more of the recipes.

From Loaded Mushroom Sweet Potato Toast, Maitake „Bacon” Avocado Sandwich, Basic Sauteed Button Mushrooms to Shiitake Sauerkraut, Mushroom Cabbage Wraps to Brain Boosting Macaroons; from breakfast, snacks to full meals and deserts featuring mushrooms and mushroom extracts this cookbook contains many mostly vegan very unique recipes. Highly recommended for mushroom lovers and mushroom curious foodies.
