Each time I read a book by Brittney Sahin my first instinct is to yell how much I loved it. Every single book she wrote has this little something more than make a good story into a spectacular one. I don’t think I’ve ever given less than 5 stars to one of her books. Not a single one

Once again in Finding Justice I was immediately intrigued by the action and all the different characters at play. I’ve come to know them pretty well in the previous book but it can easily be read as a standalone. That is another ability of Ms Sahin, she won’t let you off the hook. You’ll get all the information you need from past books to know exactly who’s who and what happened. Not too much, but just enough to make you want reading her previous novels.

In Finding Justice you have Owen and Sam who are both dealing with holes in their past. In their line of work, him being a SEAL, her being in DC, they both know what keeping a secret means but they are both going to find out that all secrets aren’t easy to accept.

In their search for the truth, they meet and even if being together is off-limits, it’s also vein to resist with the attraction and connection they share.

I’ve loved both characters right away.
Sam works in a world of sharks and for a woman to survive you immediately know she is a strong one! She has wit, she is smart and she has a good heart.
Owen, as a SEAL, is a tough guy by definition. He never thought of a HEA for himself but recent event might have change his mind.

Both characters have lots in common. He lost his brother on a op. She lost her fiancée on the same op. Their need for justice is what will bring them together but they never thought it will bring them to the next level in their life.

If SEAL men are your thing, if you are looking for some adventure with a little steam on top, Finding Justice is the perfect book to get your hands on just before the end of the year.

And Brittney, my money is also on Liam. Please let it be Liam. And pretty please... soon 🙏

Action packed and just the right amount of sweet, smutty romance, Finding Justice is Brittney Sahin's latest release in the romantic suspense genre. Both a standalone and the second novel in the Stealth Ops series, Finding Justice gives us the story of Owen York, a Navy SEAL special operative with a repressed desire for revenge. On the ten year anniversary of his brother's passing he'd like to be finding the killer, not sunning on the beach, but boss' orders put him there and when the stunning Sam bumps into him he finds himself thankful for the break. Sam is holding back a secret from him, knowing she can't feel more for him, but when she's thrust into the center of a government cover-up she has to rely on him and his team for protection. She knows she's safe with him, but she doesn't expect her heart to find safety with him as well. Tied together on a dangerous mission Owen and Sam fight for answers and fight to keep their hearts protected.

"'You don't have to be nice to me,' she cried.
'Yeah, well, I can be mad at you tomorrow.'"

I loved the first Stealth Ops book and I loved Finding Justice just as much, if not more. While I admit I'm really excited for Asher and Knox's stories, two other special ops members, I found myself really enjoying Owen and Sam's story. I hadn't really felt like I'd known them from the first novel, so they felt new. Sam is incredibly smart, driven, and really believes in making a difference in the world. Owen, while he's got a giant chip on his shoulder, is like the quiet brother of the team, not one for wild behavior, but Sam brings it out in him. This book was like watching them get to know themselves and get to know each other, each having lived in the past for the prior ten years. They have a lot in common and as they work together on an op they find that the things they share in common could only be understood by one another, it's the thing that ties them together in both a positive and negative way. As they overcome danger and work to uncover the past they find themselves in love and what a beautiful love it is.

"He bent his head and kissed her, stealing the truth from her lips, allowing the lie to live."

Every single book from Brittney Sahin is better than the next and I'm not just saying that. She's taken a team of special ops agents, created an action packed world, and somehow she manages to make every story incredibly unique. It's more than bad guys, handsome heroes, and beautiful women who need saving. The girls are strong in their own right, often fitting into the men's world perfectly and bringing their brains to the table too. The men, though handsome and strong, each have deep seated issues that they work through in their individual books. The team is like family, with the secondary characters playing important roles in each novel rather than just supporting from the background. The characters and their stories are complex, and while not relatable, are incredibly realistic and entertaining. It's easy to get swept away by the action, drama, and romance.

If you like your romantic suspense filled with military men and women, fast-paced action, government secrets, and swoon worthy love, Brittney Sahin's Stealth Ops series is for you.

As expected I loved this book as well, I always wondered what Owen's back story was about.

Brittney Sahin again bestows upon us the perfect dosage of suspense, thrill, romance and action.

What I didn’t like though was the way they never talked about her late fiance. About her relationship with Owen, what he thought is their relationship. Did he ever think he came as a second choice? Or is loved less or different by her? Is her late fiance always going to be a ghost in their relationship?
I didn't find closure in that and I don't think it was fair for either the reader or Owen not to have discussed it.

Other than that, it's a Brittney Sahin trademark which I really enjoyed.

Owen and Samantha. These books really make you wonder what goes on. Samantha heads to Mexico, she needs Owen’s help. But when she gets there, her and Owen hit it off, and they spend some leisurely time together. For different, but the same reasons, their vaca gets cut short and Samantha doesn't get the chance to confront Owen..or tell him they already know each other. They share a past trauma.

Bravo Team, including Owen and Sam end up on an Op together. They need to right a wrong..amongst many other things. But Owen and Samantha are tied to this Op in other ways. Will they be able to push their personal feelings and emotions to get the job done?

So entertaining. Never a dull moment. From beginning to end, you are drawn in and want to read and read. It’s hard to put down if you want to know what happens. So good.

Now available in Audible!

Brittney Sahin has delivered justice and an incredible storyline with this book!

Owen, while a voice of reason, still fights with demons and loss. He delivers justice behind the scenes. As the anniversary of a traumatic time in his life approaches, he's caught full force by a woman that seems to be a bit of a game changer. He decides to live for the moment.

Samantha is part of the DC crowd. She wears a mask to cover her pain and loss. But when the opportunity for answers is delivered to her, she opens the door. And Owen is the unknowing delivery man.

Samantha hunts down Owen and sets about a power play. What she didn't expect was to have feelings awakened that she thought had died. But guilt and secrets seem to be more powerful.

Owen.and Samantha are thrown together. It can't ever be more than a fleeting thought but that doesn't hurt any less.

A storyline that we seem to be living in daily along with characters that seem so real that we relate to them on multiple levels.

This second book in the Stealth Ops series delivers everything we expect from a great story. Looking forward to Book 3 already.

Not as good as the first.... 3.75 stars..

While I did enjoy this book, I was not as captivated by it as I was the first novel of the series. Honestly, I was a little confused by the "action" of the novel and wasn't exactly sure how everything connected in the end as the lingo went over my head. That being said I do know the bad guys were caught and the good guys lived to fight another day. I also felt the romance between Owen and Sam felt a little fabricated and forced at times, but there were some really great moments between them in the end. Overall, I would simply recommend reading this one in order to continue on in the series.

Good plot

The reason Owen and Sam can't be together is ridiculous and it made my eyes roll every time it was brought up. I also didn't understand the "love of her life" ex. Get rid of all the stupid backstories and it would have been 4.5 stars and I would have liked Owen and Sam.

3.75 Stars. In the first book I had a hard time keeping the characters straight, and this time it was the international political plot that was complex. As a reader of this series, you really have to pay attention to every line.
What I didn’t find hard to follow was the relationship between Samantha and Owen. They share a common sorrow and both want justice. I was sold on Owen. He is this brave, hunky SEAL that isn’t afraid to show his emotional side.
The whole Covet special ops team are interesting characters. Asher and Jessica’s story will be explosive!

Great suspense and a HEA

What a great book after a few duds. This book had a the right mix of suspense, thriller, wth is going on, keep me on reading well into the night intrigue. Oh, and some hot SEALS too. Owen and Sam were a good match. I liked both characters. I liked the story, I liked pacing. Pretty much liked the whole darn book!
Just didn’t give it 5 stars because I wanted closure for Sam and Owen, and maybe a little more in the epilogue.

Now I have to be honest....I cannot WAIT for Asher and Jessica’s book. So far I am loving this series!!!

Brittney Sahin has done it again. In Finding Justice, we follow Owen and Sam. Each battling their pasts, their losses, and feelings they can't seem to control. Brittney reels you in from page 1 and takes you on this incredible journey of life after loss. Finding love again. Action, adventure, suspense, love...it's all there.

This is a stand-alone, but I highly suggest you read book 1 of the Stealth Ops series too. You will not be disappointed.

The second of the series, and just as meh as its predecessor. It mean, it started out great with the characters and their backstory. Two folks who suffered the same loss at the same time and who totally don't really belong together, but find a way anyway. It was great and unique. But then it all just sorta...followed the same formula, more or less. Yes, I am aware that's what these books do, but it doesn't mean I can't be a bit disappointed with that.

This time around you've got Owen and Sam (antha), both of whom lost a loved one in the same tragedy. They connected only in that tragedy and then fell away from one another. Now, ten years later, they are thrown back into the mix together. Something about that decade-old tragedy has reared its ugly head again and they both are pieces in a bigger puzzle. Where it slips for me is how ridiculously QUICK these two get busy, even AFTER they both decide not to go through with it. I guess that can make things steamier in the bedroom, but MAN what I wouldn't have given to have more serious, thought-provoking drama there rather than sex romps. Fortunately, both Own and Samantha are likable people, neither being a nuisance at all.

The story itself, like the characters, started out okay, but then just got way too convoluted and confusing to me. Me personally, of course; there's plenty of folks who could probably follow the story better than I did, but I was completely lost. I guess I couldn't keep track of names, motivations, goals, etc. And I feel like BECAUSE of my disconnection, things weren't as "aha!" as they should have been during big reveals. It was more like, "Oh, okay. Sooo...yeah."

While I'm glad the story still wasn't boring (Sahin has yet to write a boring story for me), I still so much miss what I loved in her Dublin Nights series. Here's hoping I get that with Asher and Jessica, the two background characters of which I'm dying to get to know, as both have been a strong, entertaining, and a potent presence (despite being background characters) in past books. *crosses fingers*

We finally get a glimpse into the mysterious Owen in this book!! scratch that, we get more than a glimpse we get to find how he really is!!!

Brittney Sahin has an amazing talent for making her characters so relatable that you feel like you know them. I was hooked from the very first book I ever read of hers because of her incredible talent to make her character seems so real.

Owen has played a role in many of the books before but never really dug deep into what makes him tick or really give you too much insight into how he is.

This book was all about him and Sam.
I just have to say, the man is no longer a mystery because you get full insight into his life and you definitely become invested in both Owen and Sam and what they have been through!

Owen and Samantha's chemistry is undeniable. They first met under horrible circumstances 10 years prior.
Owen was kind of a tortured soul after that tragedy. Being a Navy SEAL/ special operative constantly trying to do what's right, serving your country and constantly putting other people before your self, left him a strong silent mysterious type. Enter Sam. A strong DC force to be reckoned with who always wears a mask of "everything is okay". Until it's not. Until it is something she cannot ignore.
Sam seeks out help from Owen and ends up having to deal with emotions she thought she would no longer even have.

Both Sam and Owen lost someone years ago little did they realize they can actually help heal one another, that's if they can figure out the threat to Sam first.

I literally cannot read these books fast enough! I can generally finish this book in a day because I cannot put them down, and I have to go back and reread it just to make sure I did not miss anything because I was so excited to read it in the first place.

Do yourself a favor! Download this book now, get yourself in a comfy chair, a hot cup of tea and enjoy!!!
You won't regret it!! And, you'll thank me later!!!

On the 10th Anniversary of Jason’s murder Luke and Jess decided Owen, Jason’s brother on their team, needed a vacation to try and relax. Finding Justice is the second book in the Stealth Ops Series by Brittney Sahin. Stealth Ops is definitely worth the read, especially if you are into action-packed romance with a side of swoon-worthy heroes. Stealth Ops follows a secret team of elite operatives, each with their own baggage, charm, and a knack for getting into (and out of) impossible situations. Add in strong, relatable heroines who can hold their own, and you've got a recipe for some seriously addictive reading.
The series is like a perfect blend of heart-pounding suspense and heart-melting romance. The missions are intense, the stakes are high, and the chemistry….. is Off the charts. Ms. Sahin does an amazing job balancing the action with the emotional depth of her characters. You’ll find yourself rooting for every couple, laughing at their banter, and maybe even tearing up at their struggles.
This is a series of standalones, as each book focuses on a different couple, so you get fresh dynamics every time, but the overarching camaraderie of the team ties it all together beautifully. It’s like binge-watching your favorite action-drama series, but better because you get all the inner thoughts and feels.
So, if you love military romance with a side of danger and a whole lot of feels, this series is a must-read. Just be warned: once you start, you won’t want to stop so clear your schedule and prepare for a book binge!
The Series Contains:
-Finding His Mask (Book #1)
-Finding Justice (Book #2)
-Finding the Fight (Book #3)
-Finding Her Chance (Book #4)
-Finding the Way Back (Book #5)
-Chasing the Knight (Book #6)
-Chasing Daylight (Book #7)
-Chasing Fortune (Book #8)
-Chasing Shadows (Book #9)
-Chasing the Storm (Book #10)
Happy Reading…

Thank you, Brittney Sahin!

Owen the mysterious bar owner who has made appearances in previous books by this author...the man who is no longer a mystery.
I devoured this read from page one as we finally get to know him, his past, what drives him and how he got to be where he is and what he has been longing to do for many years which coincidentally is the same thing that Samantha wants. She’s someone from his past, linked together by a tragedy and now are thrown together when she receives a mysterious picture that throws them both into a dangerous situation. As they unravel the truth of what happened many years ago, them working together is driving them closer. But with the danger getting closer and the past hindering their future....will they make it.
This author blows me again with her story telling ability, making the fiction seem so real with the spot on descriptions and detailed images, making me feel like I was right there in the room as it all unfolds. These two made my spine tingle with the steam, heat and attraction coming from them, and the suspense and mystery, had me biting my nails in anticipation.
My favorite part was near the end when Owen makes his declaration and the comment with men running back with their tails between their legs...LOVED IT! And I LOVED how the author stayed true to this declaration from the beginning and how there was running away or over the top drama between them...so much so it’s my favorite read and Owen has now moved to #1 on my list. LOVED it so much I had to buy the book, even though I received an advanced copy, to show my support and just because it was that AMAZING!!!

Not as good as book 1 - read on KU

This is quite a good book, but it doesn't stand tall in the shadow of book 1. The op isn't as interesting, or complex, and doesn't really make as much sense. I was impatient in the first 25% or so just to get to the point where they MCs acknowledged they were from each other's past. It picked up better after that.

The first bad guy that gets confirmed was too obvious. And he was a wimpy bad guy. They really all were.

The pull between the MCs didn't feel as strong as in the 1st book. And the steamy scenes were less interesting. I wouldn't read her books for the steamy scenes, anyway. They are never as detailed or spicy as I would prefer, but that isn't good or bad. Just my preference.

The team is still great. I liked the MCs but not as much as Luke and Eva.

Ms. Sahin writes the best military romance I've ever read. She writes circles around all of the stories I've read in the Susan Stroker world, which now has about 20 writers contributing to it. I have not read them all, but the only one I have read and enjoyed is Riley Edwards. And I do enjoy her books but the military aspect in Ms. Sahin's books just involves so much detail. (Although less in this one.) She clearly does a lot of research.

This book was also interesting to read after Russia did attack Ukraine. (May God please bring a swift end to that conflict with Ukraine victorious.) This book has to do with tensions between those two countries.

I am definitely looking forward to the next book between Asher and Jess!

I recommend all of this author's books to date.

“This thing between us is messy and complicated,” she said with a nod, “but it’s ours.” She let out a breath and then kissed him again. “It’s ours.“
~~~~~~~~~~
Finding Justice is the second book in the Stealth Ops series and Brittney has nailed it again!
Owen is a Navy SEAL for a covert ops team. Sam is a strong-willed and fierce daughter from the Washington elite class. Their paths crossed 10 years ago due to tragedy and now they’ve crossed again in an epic journey full of twists, turns, and of course love.
And speaking of the love let me just say SQUEEEEEE!!!!! They knew they shouldn’t be together but somehow all that wrong made for all kinds of right!
~~~~~~~~~~
“Kiss me,” and the request sounded more like a broken cry.

When he didn’t say anything, she started to turn, but then he captured her wrist, bringing her back before him.

“I think I hate you.” His voice was low, and his eyes sharp on hers.

“I think I hate you, too,” she lied.

And in one quick movement, he cupped the back of her head, pulling her tight against him, his mouth on hers.
~~~~~~~~~~
And let me just say that if given the chance I’d help Owen find justice any day of the week :)
If you like good books read this! If you like amazing plot lines read this! If you like great love stories read this! To sum up: READ THIS! I received an ARC because Brittney is amazing and my opinions are 100% my own (and accurate!)!
OMG! I honestly thought Finding His Mark was amazing but Finding Justice with Owen and Samantha has just pipped it to the post - AGAIN! It seems that no matter what Brittney writes she always manages to make the next book better and leave me once again falling for her beautifully crafted characters more than the last ones!
I was excited to see Owens story after loving him in Finding His Mark and boy was it worth the wait! Him and Sam make a great couple and what they have experienced allows them to forge a passionate relationship built around their shared experiences and the pain they both hold so close to their hearts. For me, I stumbled through every page hoping for their happy ending as suspense, drama and sexiness builds into a fantastic story that stole my heart - AGAIN! It was a page turner that left me reading from start to finish in one go - and I can't wait for more!
Owen and Samantha's story is one that can be read stand alone from book one, but you would have to be nuts to have not read Finding His Mark and soaking up all the goodness Brittney throws our way.
Loved Finding Justice and I know that book three, Finding The Fight will once again give me new characters to fall in love with .... this author, no doubt about it is a must read author for me!
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reading copy of this book
Another day, another sexy cover. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Ever since I read the first book in Brittney Sahin's Stealth Ops series, I’ve been so excited to get to book #2 and it did not disappoint! 💯
Samantha lost her SEAL team fiancé a decade ago on a mystery operation that also claimed the life of Owen’s SEAL brother. Now, someone is threatening Samantha and shedding some light on that mysterious op. As Sam and Owen continue their quest for justice and try to stop a terrorist, they must also combat their increasing feelings for each other. 🔥
As I mentioned in my review of the first book, I really appreciate the strength of the heroine. She’s not just sitting around, she’s kicking ass in her own right and is an integral part of the plot and action. I also appreciate that the author does not deify the military. While she certainly has respect for them, she does not browbeat the reader like some military romance authors do. She lets them be real men and women who are doing something dangerous and important, without making them seem god-like and I appreciate the balanced approach. I also think that this helps the every day reader understand more deeply how big of a risk the real life teams are taking.
Y’all know how much I love a series and each book makes me want the next one even more. Another great read from Brittney Sahin! ❤️
Finding Justice is the second book in the Stealth Ops series and is Owen’s book.
Owen is a Navy Seal and member of a secret ops team that only a handful of people know it exists. He is a great guy, but you can tell he lives with the loss of his brother Jason. For ten years, Owen has thought about revenge and finding the person responsible.
Samantha lost her fiancé Brad when he was killed overseas while on duty. When she receives a mysterious photograph of Brad and Jason, she knows that Owen is the only person to turn to for help.
I loved Owen and Samantha together. I understood to an extent why they would be hesitant to start something; however I also truly believe that loved ones who have passed would want the ones who remain to live their lives to the fullest. Their connection was intense and no matter how much they tried to fight it, their feelings were just too strong.
This has been a good series so far, and I plan to continue with all the other team members’ books.
This is the second book in the Stealth Ops series by Brittney Sahin.
This is probably one of my most favorite guilty pleasure series to read. I have been reading them out of order, focusing on the agents I liked the most. This one features Owen York, pub owner and Seal. He is sent on a forced vacation upon the ten year anniversary of the death of his brother. There he meets a woman who he doesn’t realize until later is connected to him and his brother in a significant way.
The tension in this was tight and gave me pause at times. I could definitely see the situation from both sides and see how it affected them. Samantha wanted to continue with her push for peace talks but her desire put a thorn into the side of the Ops team even if she didn’t mean it to happen.
Loved how the unfolding of the love story happened in this book. Still totally hooked on this guilty pleasure series!
If you like romantic suspense, definitely check this one out. You won’t be disappointed.
I love everything that Brittney Sahin writes. She does such an amazing job of writing romance suspense novels that you can't help get but sucked into.
Chase and Sam took ten years to find each other. A lot of time, heartbreak and healing were involved to get into this situation. Sam is involved in politics in DC and is working hard for a peace deal between Russia, Ukraine and the US. Owen is with Scott & Scott but when the 10 year anniversary of his brother's death, he is sent on a vacation by Jessica. Here is where Sam meets Owen not entirely by accident. They're paths cross again in DC and we go on a crazy ride.
I loved how confident Sam is of herself. She has a backbone and is strong and independent. Owen is an alpha SEAL male who is used to having his guard up to protect himself. Sam is just what he needs to break down his guards and not be a super human all the time. I can't wait to read Jessica and Asher's story next. I love a good enemies to lovers story.
Another adventure
This installment of Stealth Ops is Owen and Sam’s story. Both suffered terrible losses years ago while Sam’s fiancé Brad and Owen’s brother Jason lost their lives while on an op. Both Sam and Owen have struggled with overwhelming grief and 10 years later their path cross again and things heat up. The book keeps you on the edge of your seat as the stealth ops team search for the real story behind the attack years ago. I love the dedication and loyalty and closeness these guys display. My only minor complaint might be that the description and details of both past and present events surrounding the attacks is a bit hard to follow, for me. The levels of government, the various countries involved, the who’s who of the people calling the shots throughout the story got a bit confusing for me. But, that being said, Owen and Sam really captured my heart . Looking forward to the next book, Finding the fight, Asher and Jessica’s story.
Owen and Samantha lost a lot on an op. Him his brother, she her fiancée. And they come together years later in search of the one thing they want most - Justice.
So they come together in search for answers. And answers they will find. And maybe a little love too? Wouldn’t that be nice ☺️.
This is a suspenseful military romance where the FMC is strong as fuck. Which I love. The thing is, there are so many characters, side characters, and it’s a little confusing keeping track of them all.
The lingo, their placements in the military and such, are also a little hard to grasp for me, because, as a I am Portuguese, I have no understanding what so ever of the American armed forces, so maybe to Americans it's easier to understand…
I did love the intricate lines with international politics.
This was a great suspense, mystery, military, action packed romance.
This is Book 2 in this action packed Romance series by Brittney Sahin and yet again another winner.
Owen and Sam have a magnetic chemistry and a connection that is undeniable. Both have suffered loss and are drawn together to find justice and search for answers about their past.
But in this Mission for the truth Falling in love was Not on the agenda, I suppose Cupid never got that Memo, because Owen and Sam find themselves falling for one another despite the obstacles and secrets in their way.
This story is a fast paced, explosive Joy ride of emotion, Intrigue and suspense with Romance and steam thrown in. I Loved it.
Well written with Characters you adore and a storyline that will keep excited and enraptured. It's a real whirlwind and I highly recommend it, to all who love their Romance with a bit of action.
