Another inaccurate book. Carolyn omits the part the serpent played in the garden of Eden and only mentioned that Eve ate of the fruit of the forbidden tree and then gave Adam to eat.

Carolyn sites Paul in Philippians 1:21-23 about being with Christ in Heaven the moment he dies but she doesn't site Paul in Colossians 1:24 when he states, "Now I rejoice in what I am suffering for you, and I fill up in my flesh what is still lacking in regard to Christ’s afflictions, for the sake of his body, which is the church." Ironically, she sites Luke 16 19-31 which is the parable that Christ told about the Suffering Beggar Lazarus and the Rich Man.

And the once saved always saved bit is the reason why so many are in purgatory in a state of mortal sin, needing to be sanctified before entering Heaven.
