Tomas Klein and Levisomaerni are working together to gather as many galactic powers together as they possibly can, hoping that they can form a galaxy wide alliance before the Enlightened decide to make a move. But their efforts are being hampered by a mysterious and dangerous foe. Meanwhile, Adrian and Anessa have finished constructing the Nomad Fleet, and are preparing for their mission to find the Enlightened, waiting only for Tomas to convince the core powers to allow them passage through their territories. Tomas knows that they are running out of time, and that their only hope of standing against the Enlightened is uniting the galaxy. Meanwhile Adrian works on a new way of attaining power, while Lurker of the Depths and Anessa hone their newly found Sha power. The Enlightened have awakened, and the conflict for the fate of the galaxy begins. Author's This book series is part of KalVerse. All of my books take place inside a shared multiverse, and some characters crossover from series to series. But it is not required for you to read all the series in order to understand what is happening, each series has its own set of characters and a storyline which is contained inside of that series.

Beginning to end I loved this one. Best yet in a fantastic series. In my mind this is some of Ivan Kal's best writing. Excellent pacing. Great characters and superb flow. It is going to be VERY hard not to jump right in to the next one but I am going to try and squeeze one or two other books in first.

You knows it’s not in your favor when...

The damn AI chose the other team. What a kick in the gut. You think you off to fight one and the. They become two and not the two of them hate you double. A quick retreat and a few years of training and then Goku...I mean Adrian will mop the floor with them!

The story gets deeper and funner the longer I read

This has been a great series starting not too far from current timeline on our own existence through the future. Metaphysical fantasy sci-fi there's just a lot of things twisting in this and it's been a really good woven tale with more depth and drama

Great book!!! I have been waiting for this book, and it did not disappoint. The only two things I do not like were I read this book so fast, and I have to wait for book 11.

I cannot wait for for book 11. Love the story and the premise of them.

Death comes for all.

Ivan continues this epic space opera with great battle and some political development. Not as much character development this arc as previous installments. Lurker is still OP assassin.

Good continuation

A solid addition to the series. The plot was advanced, but nothing too crazy happened. Still, it was over before I knew it.

Great sci-fi

I strongly recommend reading this saga. Start at the beginning. The characters are excellent, the action phenomenal and the story engrossing.
