Goodness when will this chaos end? Darkness is coming, and Jasmine has to find 5 pieces of the crown to defeat Malefisant. Can she do it? And on top of that her grandmother Ariel is killed by Malefisant. Can Jasmine do it? Can she save all the realms of magic and earth?

This third instalment of Jasmine’s story is far more frenetic than we have experienced previously, as she searches for the pieces of the crown which will help her to defeat Sharra.
In my review for Vampire Secrets, I commented on the love square that was formed between Jasmine, Laeddin, Troy and Christopher, but in this story RaShelle Workman helps us to understand this further. Christopher is the Hunter who satisfies Jasmine’s primal need for blood; a deep connection but really no more than lust. Despite the fact that Troy is a shapeshifter, Jasmine’s romance with him calms “Jack” – the human teenager side of her. But it is Jasmine’s relationship with Laeddin which is the most complicated. Whilst his wrist tattoos remind her that he is there to serve, she has moved past the point of craving his taste,

“He smelled delicious as usual, especially his blood. It wasn’t nearly as tempting as it had been when we first met, but I still desired it. Him.”

In Vampire Nights, more than any other story in the series, RaShelle Workman ensures that we empathise with Jasmine. She goes through various phases in this short time; confusion, longing, self-pity, grief and bravery, which make following the next stage of her journey all the more important to us.
Vampire Nights begins “89 days until total Darkness”, with Sharra using the Akuma to unleash destruction and though this fills us with an apprehension I now can’t wait for the next book in this amazing series!

What an excellent addition to this series. There was so much that happened in this one. I was really hoping that Jasmine would get her wings back, but she has a few more obstacles to face before that happens. I would have to say that I am now rooting for Troy for Jasmine. There is just something about that Dragon. It was also good to see Abernathy again in this one, I really like him as well. Jasmine was able to obtain one part of the crown, cant wait to see her journeys in obtaining all the rest and finally being able to get her magics and wings back. I also loved the extra addition in the back of Professors origin. It gives a glimpse of Professor Pops past and how he came to be a vampire. If you have followed this series from the beginning you will definitely want to pick this up. Hope there is more of that story to come. Cant wait to read the next book.

Jasmine and Leaddin and Gastby and Troy as well as her parents have a major role to play against Sharra but where is Sharra and who is she really . and how can Jasmine stop her . and who is Troys father i have my theories have you figured it out yet . and why does her parents not want her to be near let alone have his blood . and why does Sharra want to have all the realms . find this and more when you buy to pre order this on amazon . and read it then review .
this has been a Arc review which is part of the box set of the season season with the trilogy of the blood and snow series as well as a small short story along with it .

RaShelle Workman continues to amaze as she recreates our childhood fairy tales into our adulthood supernatural tales. She is gifted at reimagining our favorite characters with extraordinarily magical lives. As Jasmine rages war against Maleficent, she is constantly barraged with obstacles. She seeks her magic but will need to undergo a transformation in order to fight off the Akuma and Assassins. This novella continues the saga and I can't wait to see where the story goes.

It was just as good as the others.

It was great. The way she makes you feel like you are there watching everything pan out is just great. The only thing was it ended so fast. Lol however the short at the end helped ease that pain...a little LOL can't wait to see what happens next. A must read series!

I can't read another short story! The story was book nine, but here is listed as Vampire Nights season 2 #3. I was a different book nine last week. Rant, rant, rant...
Read these books. They are good, clean fun, but pay special attention to the series order. There are several storylines. I think the author wrote them to be a tv series with multiple seasons and episodes.
