This Changed How I Talk to Myself Every Single Day
I came to this during one of the hardest seasons of my life. I had tried meditation apps, therapy, journaling, all good things, but something was still missing. A friend recommended Marianne Williamson and I honestly didn't know what to expect.
What I found completely surprised me.
Williamson has this extraordinary ability to take spiritual concepts that could easily feel abstract and distant and bring them right into your chest where you actually feel them. Her voice alone is something, warm, direct, and completely without pretension. Listening to these lectures felt less like being taught and more like being understood by someone who has walked through their own darkness and came out carrying a candle for everyone else.
The section on miracles genuinely shifted something in me. I had always thought of miracles as dramatic supernatural events. Williamson reframes them as simple shifts in perception and somehow that small idea unlocked something enormous in how I approach my daily life.
A Return to Love included here is worth the entire experience alone.
My only wish is that I had found this ten years earlier. But perhaps I needed to find it exactly when I did.
