Practise German Newspaper-Edition
The following book is meant to help you with the application of the German-language if you are studying the B1-level.
It uses my supported communication approach which I have been developing for the past 6 years.
I tried to mimic the mechanics of my classes and put it into the exercises I have crafted for this book.
In my classes I work from the very first minute on with pure interaction,
making the students talk as much as they are able to.
Of course it is impossible to give them a topic and tell them to talk freely about it at the beginning.
But what I have found that is absolutely possible is
a) to work with questions and answers and create thus as much interaction as possible
b) to prepare a text through the aforementioned Q&A-routine so that the student can talk about the text freely.
c) to create free applications based on the aforementioned routines a) and b).
This book provides the opportunity to students to study on their own or with a partner or even in a class context with a teacher to use the suggested routines and therefore make use of the benefits that this methodology provides and improve your B1-level in German with ease.

Great book, introduced a lot of new vocabulary and was a nice step up from A2. It was certainly more interesting, plus I remember some of the articles! I love how Dominik has built a nice string of graded readers! It has accelerated my learning process by quite a bit! Now, I'm on to the fairy tale edition!

Excellent for reading comprehension
As an intermediate German speaker I used this book to reacquaint myself with reading in German. These exercises gave me exactly what I wanted.

Really really really nice book for improving my german. A lot of new vocabulary but in a easy format. I really enjoyed every exercise!
